He was peacefully eating his sliced apple while I was just waching him. I never really planned to show myself because of what I've heard, but this brute! He went to my room asking what took me so long! He even asked where's his fruits! As if I am responsible for his foods! What's the need of coming to me when clearly, someone is already taking care of him! Pinapagod niya lang ako!

"Why are you staring at me?" He asked while his mouth is full.

My lips twitched, but I did not answer him. I was far away from him! He's on his bed while I was just standing here on his desk in front of his bed! Hindi ako makalapit dahil naiirita ako! Hindi ko alam kung bakit! Basta naiirita ako sa kan'ya!

"Mariza?" He called, confused.

Bahala ka d'yan! Kumain ka d'yan mag-isa mo!

Nagiwas ako ng tingin at patuloy na kunot ang aking noo. Natigilan naman siya sa pagkain at binigay ang buong atensyon sa akin. Mas lalo akong nainis.

"Do we have a problem?" he continued eating.

Umismid ako bago umirap. Problem mo mukha mo!

"Oh... so you are mad..." he smirked at me.

The patience that I have been holding vanished! I looked at his way with full of emotions! He was completely peaceful and reserved while eating his fruits! This man is really anoying!

"Ano ba tayo?!" Malakas kong sigaw sa kan'ya habang ang puso ko ay dumadagundong.

He was shocked at first. He then lifted his playful gaze at me. He placed the table on his side, he faced me with a big smirk flashed on his face. He licked his lower lip as a chuckle escaped on it.

"What..." It didn't sound like a question to me.

He was having fun at our situation!

"What?!" I yelled irritated. "You keep on confessing your ardent love for me! You keep on being touchy with me! Naguguluhan ako! Ano ba talaga tayo?!"

Bumuka ang kan'yang bibig para magsalita, ngunit natawa lang siya at umiling.

"So bossy..."

"Hindi ako nakikipagbiruan!"

The amusment didn't leave his face. His smile widened as he stared at me.

"We are not friends! We can never be friends! And I am not up for some games if you are playing with me! I am turning twenty-seven! I am not a child anymore!" I ranted. "So what are we?"

He didn't answer again. He was just watching me with a smile on his face.

"Stop smiling! I am so annoyed! You are treating me like I am yours, but someone is still visiting you! Aminin mo nga, Alcaeus! Am I a mistress here?!"

"Mistress!" He repeated with a shock expression.

"Oo! Kabit! Pangalawa! Ano? Kabit mo ba ako?" Sunod-sunod kong tanong sa kan'ya.

He gave a bark of laughter. I drew a deep breath as I watched him slowly dying because of laughter. I was asking an important question! Why is he laughing?! Kahit kailan talaga hindi pa rin siya nagbabago! Nakakairita!

"You are my mistress..." he laughed again.

"Sagutin mo nga ako nang maayos!" I commanded.

He tried himself to stop laughing as he shifted uncomfortably. His thick brows were a bit wrinkled. I can see his shoulders moving, I glared at him.
