"You okay, Buck?" Steve's voice rings through, pulling me from the bubble I was sucked into when my eyes met Cleo's.I crane my neck to meet Steve's gaze. He looks worried. I'm not exactly sure how long I was transfixed on Cleo, but from the look on Steve's face, I'm guessing it was a decent amount of time. I look away and shake my head before clearing my throat and trying to regain my senses.
"The calling..." I pause, still reeling from what just happened. "It's he—"
I'm suddenly cut off by the softest voice I've ever heard.
"Is this thing on?" the voice pulls my eyes from Steve and back to the stage. "Good evening everyone, I'm Cleo Calhoun." she announces. "I'm going to be doing a cover of 'Say You Won't Let Go' to start off." Cleo chimes as she looks back at the pianist and then the man with the acoustic guitar.
"Boys?" she coos, giving them the go ahead. They nod their heads and the guitarist starts the song off.
The notes are soft, but solid. He plays the intro for a couple of moments before Cleo's voice breaks through once more.

The pianist joins in softly, adding the perfect amount of tranquility to her angelic voice.
Then you smiled over your shoulder
For a minute, I was stone-cold sober
I pulled you closer to my chest
And you asked me to stay over
I said, I already told ya
I think that you should get some rest
It looks like she's lost in her own world. As if there's nothing else but her and the melody.
It truly is a sight to behold — she is.
I knew I loved you then
