Chapter 22

Red yawned, opening his eyes letting out an annoyed sigh at the sun being in his eyes. He noticed Link was still asleep, snoring quietly. Red smiled slightly, nuzzling into his neck and planting small kisses on it. Link groaned slightly, stirring in his sleep. Red blushed and stopped what he was doing "Red..." Link mumbled in his sleep. Red chuckled to himself, finding it cute that Link even spoke in his sleep.

Red started feeling hungry very quickly. He carefully pulled away and got out of Link's grasp, making sure not to wake him. He then carefully got up only to have to lay back down again, feeling pain shoot through his hips. "Red... what are you doing?" Link mumbled. Red looked at him to notice that he was finally awake, giving Red a small, sluggish smile. "I was going to get food but, my hips are in too much pain to walk right now..." Red sighed.

Link sat up carefully "May I look at them?" he asked causing a blush redder than Red's hair to form on Red's face "I-I meant to check if they are alright!" Link clarified, blushing himself. "S-Sure! I mean, of course, you can... heh..." Red chuckled lightly.

Link carefully unbuckled Red's belt and carefully pulled Red's pants down. "I have to pull your boxers down to see them, is that okay?" Link asked. Red carefully nodded, to which Link pulled them down, and held in a gasp... bruises... all around where he was holding Red the night before and not to mention they were in a shape close to his own hands. "Shit... I'm sorry Red... I didn't mean to..." Link looked away, regret clear in his eyes. Red looked at his injuries "It's fine Link..."

"But-" Link was interrupted by Red kissing him. "Link... it's not like you were trying to hurt me, even if you were a little rough... honestly, if I didn't like it, I would've told you." he smiled. Link smiled back "I guess you're right..." he chuckled before wrapping his arms around Red. Red hugged back, letting out a small sigh. "Link... I love you..." he muttered, causing Link to pull away slightly and look him in the eyes "I love you too." he smiled, kissing Red.

"What do you want to eat?" Link asked after pulling away. "I'll just have some fried egg and rice." Red smiled. Link nodded "I'll go make it, if the pain gets better feel free to come down." He then stood up and walked out the room, Red watching him as he pulled his pants and boxers back up.

He sighed to himself; the bed did feel slightly colder without Link. He got under the blankets and went to curl up before yelping slightly from the pain in his hips. "M-Maybe I shouldn't do that..." he muttered to himself.

He heard footsteps approaching the room. Damn, did Link forget something? Red thought, peeking two eyes out of the blankets. He saw a black and brown spiked style and he instantly recognised it to be Alec. Shit! Red thought as he tried to hide himself from his field of view. He did not want Alec to see him in this state.

"Red? Are you awake?" Alec asked. Red closed his eyes tight, keeping as quiet as possible. "Red... wake up..." Alec gently poked him, "Reeeeed~!" He whined.

"I will R-K. O you." He told the 'sleeping' boy. Red seemed not to believe him as he didn't stir a muscle. Alec decided against using what he knew happened between the two and decided to go through with what he said.

"Alrighty, you asked for this, Red!" He warned, slowly moving backwards for a decent run-up. Red's eyes instantly opened, fear going through his veins. He couldn't move in time as Alec had already jumped and landed right on Red's hip.

Namely where the majority of his pain was.

Red's scream of pain mimicked that of the PS2 Start-up sound, loud, and lengthy. Unfortunately for Alec, loud enough for Link to hear and rush back over to where Red was.

"WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED-" He started, only for his yell to be cut off as Red continued screaming. "I ONLY WANTED TO WAKE HIM UP!" Alec yelled. "HE R-K.OED ME!!" Red screeched. "AND LANDED RIGHT ON MY HIP!" Link gave Alec a death glare as he walked over to him.
