The breeze was gentle by Celphla Lake, fish leaping out of the water as Hades had a drink from the lake. Red smiled at him, stroking his black mane as he watched the waters.

Link was busy in the shrine, promising beforehand he'd take as little time as possible, however, it had now been a little over an hour. Red let out a sigh before reaching into his bag, looking down at his Shiekah Slate, scrolling through the tools until he got to the camera. He pointed it towards Hades and took a picture.

It didn't come out as good as he wanted it to, but then again, he wasn't exactly a photographer, he had only started taking a lot of pictures recently to help pass the time and at least have something to look at and remember this journey.

Hades looked at him and started to nudge him, "Huh? What Hades?" Red chuckled, Hades huffed, nudging him more "What? Do you want a treat?" Red pulled out an apple which Hades quickly took out of his hand, Red smiled at him before noticing Link, Paralysis following behind him.

Link was a bit bruised but other than that he had a big grin on his face. Red stood up as Link got close, Link instantly wrapping his arms around his waist, "Sorry I took so long..." he said as he leaned in and kissed Red's cheek.

Red was silent as he rose a hand to a bruise on Link's cheek "What happened in there for you to get so many bruises?"

Link blinked before averting his eyes, blushing "Well, uh... a metal ball nearly crushed me..." Red's eyes widened in alarm, "... but hey, I'm alright..."

"You could've been crushed to death! Hylia, I'm thankful you're only bruised..." Red fretted, quickly looking him over. "I said nearly for a reason..." Link chuckled.

Red glared at him and shook his head "Please just be more careful, for your sake more so than mine..."

Paralysis let out a small huff before nudging Red's bag, the boy shook his head as he handed him the last apple he had "I swear these two are obsessed with apples..." he chuckled, "I swear if they went a day without a couple they'd die"

Link smiled, "Yeah... but, don't they deserve to be spoiled? After all they carry us on their backs all the time." he joked. Red laughed before leaning in and getting close to his ear, Link giving him a look as if he knew what he was about to say... he didn't.

"Maybe... I should spoil you that much..."

Link blushed, getting visibly flustered before quickly regaining his composure "No. You don't have to considering it's quite the opposite."

That got Red covering his face and stuttering all kinds of things, Link could only smirk in his victory. Though he couldn't help but notice Hades staring at him, the blond could almost see jealousy in the horse's eyes as it trotted up to them and started to nudge Red while glaring at Link.

Red looked at the black horse in confusion, "Hades... I don't have any more apples..." he whispered harshly as the horse started to huff. Link stepped back, starting to worry that Hades was about to lash out, before Red gently started to brush his fingers through his mane and muttered in a claiming tone, visibly calming the horse at least.

Red started to walk Hades towards the stable, the male looking at Link apologetically for his horse as they walked past him.

Link quickly whistled Paralysis over before guiding the horse to follow Red. He couldn't help but wonder how the horse could've reacted that way towards him, especially so suddenly, Hades seemed to have only just been a be wary of him for the time it had taken them to get here... of course, the horse always had attitude problems, but he was growing warmer to humans with each day that passed with him... so why now?
