Seven Days of Hell

***

Cross's POV

I woke up at seven in the morning, feeling a bit sore from yesterday. Of course, my left hand is sore from punching Vox in the tv screen face. That doesn't hurt at all. It sometimes hurts. It's less painful. I don't feel too sore. But yesterday I remember when I was at the bar with Husker, I had found out what happened to Lucille's wrist. She got tighten up by Alastor. So I'm here to protect her from him. However, what's worst is that we have to go to the ball party with our friends and Alastor. Now I promised Lucille that I'll stay by her side to keep her safe from Alastor.

So I got up from the bed and was ready to take a shower. Within a few minutes, after I'm done showering, I dress up with the same outfit then headed my way to get breakfast.

"Morning, C."

When I was getting myself a hot coffee, I turned around and saw Angel Dust walking towards me with a greet hand. I was shocked to hear him calling my nickname C. Although I remembered when I was stuck in the void, Ink had called my nickname C when we used to be friends.

"C?" I questioned.

"What? You don't like your nickname?"

I shook my head. "No. It's okay for you to call me C. I'm okay with that."

Angel Dust smiled at me. "Okay, C."

"So how is your morning?" I asked him kindly.

"Great! I slept for centuries!" He giggled.

I chuckled. "You have slept for twelve hours, Angie."

"Morning, guys!" We spun around and saw Lucille walking in front of us.

"Morning, Lulu." Angel Dust greeted her.

"Morning, Luce." I greeted her as well. "So did you sleep well?"

Lucille nodded who looked bumped out. "Feeling fine, but my wrist feels sore today."

I came close to and lean into her ear, making sure Angel Dust doesn't hear us. "Is it because of Alastor?" I whispered.

She nodded, whispering back to me. "Yeah."

"Don't worry, I'll keep you safe, kid," I said, padding her forehead instantly.

She glared at me. "Don't call me a kid, C."

I blinked to hear her calling my nickname just like Angel Dust had called me from before. She noticed if I didn't like that.

"You don't like that when I called you C?" Lucille asked me.

"No, it's okay. You can call me C if you want. I don't mind at all." I said.

"Okay, C.," She said, padding my back. "So are we best friends now?"

I smiled at her. "Yep."

Chara glared at me as he reappeared from my other side while crossing his arms across his chest. "You know you can't make more friends with demons of Hell, right?" He said, "Nightmare will not like that because if you didn't spread the negative feelings around the world."

I ignored him.

"I'm just saying that you can't keep a secret forever. They'll find out who you really are." Chara reminded me as he circled me around. I suddenly summoned my knife and pointed at his neck that made him flinch. But what I didn't know it's my friends as they never see me like this before. I gasped when I saw them widening their eyes.
