After everything with the drill we were taken to the monorail system where a soldier explained we'd be met at the other end of the tracks before swiftly walking away. The five of us quickly boarded the carriage where I find myself sat next to Sokka. None of us say anything for a while, content with the silence as we take in everything. The scenery out the window, the strangely calming sound of rock against rock, the warmth shining down on us through the windows. It was enough for me to have to fight away sleep. My eyelids are heavy and my mind fuzzy.

"Tired?"

"Hmm?" I hum the question as I blink open my eyes, turning my head to glance at Sokka next to me.

He chuckles, "You must've fallen asleep like 5 times now, only a for a few seconds each time but still." I feel myself having to fight to keep my eyes open, he laughs again. "Just go to sleep, Tenshi, I'll wake you up when we get there." I didn't respond, it was like as soon as I got permission a switch flicked in my head and boom I was asleep.

It only feels like it's been a matter of seconds when I wake up, of course it hasn't, the scene is different now when you glance out the window, it's no longer farming land but rows upon rows of houses, this place is massive. You could disappear here, be swallowed whole. No one would know.

That is, however, not my biggest concern because when my eyes did flutter open, I was not in the position I fell asleep in. I expected to wake with my neck in pain and my chin to my chest. Instead I wake up to my head, comfortably resting on Sokka's shoulder. He doesn't seem uncomfortable with it, in fact his head rests on mine a bit. Our bodies sway against each other as the carriage slows to a stop and suddenly Sokka's should slips out from under my head and feel a warm hand on my shoulder, "Tenshi?"

I glance up at him, finding myself starting to miss the comforting hand on my shoulder. The carriage has completely stopped now and the doors open I sleepily follow the others onto the station. Toph sighs, "Back in the city. Great."

Sokka's eyes are wide as he stares down at the roads of houses and businesses, "What's the problem? It's amazing."

"It's just a bunch of walls and rules. You wait, you'll get sick of it in a couple days."

On the other side of the track a woman is revealed to us as the monorail leaves. She's a pretty woman, aside from her wide, incredibly unnerving, smile. "Hello, my name is Joo Dee! I have been given the great honour of showing the Avatar around Ba Sing Se. And you must be Sokka, Katara, Toph and Tenshi! Welcome to our wonderful city. Shall we get started?"

"Yes. We have information about the Fire Nation Army that we need to deliver to the Earth King, immediately," Sokka explains.

Joo Dee doesn't take a second to process any word other than "yes" as she immediately starts with, "Great! Let's begin out tour. And then I'll show you to your new home here. I think you'll like it!"
