Chapter 59: His Love

They have been in bed the entire morning. Jung Kook laid back after releasing inside Minji. They both stared at the ceiling, catching their breath in unison with the biggest smiles plastered on their faces.

Minji embraced Jung Kook and rested her head on his chest, hearing his heart beating again this close satisfied her. "I love you."

Jung Kook answered her with a kiss. Jung Kook sat back up and pulled her so he can give her a back hug. Then, Minji felt tears wet her shoulders."I was so lonely without you...don't leave me again."

Minji turned around and pecked his lips. "Never again. I promise."

He smiled thru tears and rubbed the ring on her finger. "I can't wait to re-marry you."

Minji smiled back and sat on his lap. "Likewise."

The people in their lives all shouted when they announced that they are getting married.

Chul said that he will be back in Taiwan in a few weeks and threatened Minji not to pick a wedding gown without him.

Nam-il and Chiku both cried. Nam-il told Minji what food he wants on the reception or else he's not gonna go.

Delilah and Eunji offered services with the reception which is great because they don't want fancy food anyway. They both agreed that the wedding be intimate.

Jung Kook asked Jimin to sing on their wedding day. He agreed if Chul will sing with him.

Tia Isabelle promised that she and Eduardo will be on  their wedding and promised that she will be prettier than Linda.

Tyler cried when Minji told him of the news but assured him that she is still his Mama Minji.

Jung Kook and Minji, despite their busy schedule, managed to make it work. They see to it that they will have breakfast and dinner together. They are like high schoolers in love for the first time and will hold hands every time.

Minji is left alone in  the house because Martha is on her time-off. Martha doesn't stay in their house, she cleans it every morning and do the laundry. And every week they will buy groceries. Minji prefers that she, herself, does all those things but Martha is really doing well and Jung Kook told her that they will need her when Starlight or Moonlight happens.

They are still trying to have a child, but despite their endless lovemaking, it's not happening. They consulted a doctor already and they have been told that everything's okay with them but she still feels a bit devastated because she badly wanted to give Jung Kook a child.

"I don't understand, I got pregnant easily before. Why can't I now?" She told Jung Kook one night before they went to sleep.

Jung Kook kissed her head. "Babe...don't stress over it. The doctor said that thinking about it too much will not do you any good."

Minji's expressions changed for the worse. "But...what if, we can't..."

Jung Kook embraced her tightly, calming her. "If that happens, then we'll have each other."

They made love thrice that night.

Minji decided to visit Jung Kook in his office after she met with the wedding planner. She was given with luxurious hotels, gardens and churches options but she didn't want those and she is sure that Jung Kook will not, too.

Minji prefers that the wedding be as intimate as possible but given Jung Kook's position, he is expected that he will be inviting investors in their wedding. She felt agitated, thinking that she is not rich and yet Jung Kook will present her to the world as his bride. She looked at herself and saw a simple woman with no remarkable background in comparison to the wives of Jung Kook's investors who surely are sophisticated. She felt ashamed with herself, and for some reason, maybe because of wedding jitters, she cried.
