"I can't love him." Minji fixed her eyes on the road and avoided looking at him. The way to St. Agnes was swift but Minji wished that the ride would take longer. She was confused, however. One moment he is cold, distant and sarcastic and now he's being concerned, caring and attentive.

When he held her in his arms, all of the nerves in her body seemed to have awakened--His scent was invigorating. He can hear his heart beating and it became faster when she buried her face onto his chest. That moment was definitely their rainbow after the storm.

"I can't love him."  She thought when Jung Kook parked to get her wheelchair in the trunk. "He's just being a nice boss."  He opened the car and carried her again in his arms and she still feels the same. He placed him back on the wheelchair then pushed it as they headed to the entrance while Nam-il was trailing behind

The thought that he was behind her was already sending shivers to her spine. "Until when you are good  to me Jung Kook?" She asked herself she hears the wheelchair rolling. Nam-il went to the front desk. He gave the referral slip and before front desk instructed where radiology is.

When they reached the room, the radiographer told them to wait outside for a few minutes. Jung Kook moved Minji to the side of the door then occupied one of the chrome gang chairs while Nam-il sat a seat apart.

"Hello. Hold on" It was Nam-il. "Excuse me, mom is calling." He bowed and went farther away from them to take his call leaving Minji and Jung Kook alone.

Minji is just staring into the blank space while playing with her fingers. She would like to start a conversation with him or at least thanked him for bringing her to the hospital but she was hesitant that she might say something or act to his disliking.

"Are you cold?" Jung Kook broke the silence.

The spot where they are sitting is chilly. "No Sir, I'm good." She answered.

Jung Kook removed his black suit and placed it on her lap. Minji removed it at once. "That's okay..S--"

Minji was not able to finish her sentence when Jung Kook once again placed it on her lap to cover her. The suit did less in making her warm though.

"You didn't have to run earlier." Jung Kook commented.

Minji slowly move her eyes to look at him. "I know, but..." she bit her bottom lip. "I just don't wanna...you know...I seem to annoy you and you're my boss...I just don't want to like...get in your way." Minji finished hef sentence even after struggling.

Jung Kook's heart becomes heavier after hearing this. "Oh. You felt that you annoy me?" Jung Kook asked.

"Well...you sent me out of the car." Minji chuckled. "Uhhh...sir, it doesn't matter now. Thank you for being here."

"You are our employee. We need to take care of you." Jung Kook used that excuse but in reality he was dead worried about her too.

Minji wanted to hear differently. She wanted to hear him say that he was worried, that he cares for her as a person and not just an employee. Selfish as it may seem, she wanted to hear those.

The radiation room opened and a man wearing a scrub suit and a mask on went out.

"Lee, Minji?" He asked.

"That's me." Minji removed the suit on his lap and handed it to Jung Kook and was trying to control the wheels to turn herself around but Jung Kook stood and was about to grab the handle but the radiographer beat him to it.

"I'm sorry sir but only patients are allowed inside. You'll see your girlfriend in a few."

"I'm not his--"

Jung Kook was not able to hear the whole sentence because the door already closed.
