Chapter 49: Starlight and Moonlight

Minji was about to get out of the bed but Jung Kook pulled her back in.

"Don't leave me." His voice cracked.

"I'm just going to the kitchen to prepare coffee." She hugged him and felt his naked body on her.

He kissed her shoulder. "I'll follow you. I love you."

She ran her fingers into his hair. "Love you too."

Minji put on her robe and went to the bathroom first to brush her teeth. She's still thinking about last night.

"When is the best time do you tell someone that you are his wife?" She asked herself sarcastically while looking at her reflection.

She made some coffee and while waiting for the coffee maker to stop, a pair of arms hugged her from behind.

"Good morning, love." He greeted her.

"Morning..." She replied.

"You're still naked..." He whisphered into her ear. Minji felt shivers on her body. She blushed remembering last night.

"So are you..." She commented.

"Wanna have morning sex?" He bit her earlobe and Minji laughed a little.

"Babe...I'm tired..." Her cheeks are turning crimson. "You were...amazing last night."

"So are you." He kissed her head. "I'm never gonna get tired you. I thought I ran out of cum when we had sex in the car, but the way you blow me last night...Amazeballs" Minji elbowed him which made him laugh.

"Babe...please just a quick one. I'm hard again." Jung Kook untied her robe.

Minji turned around and smiled. She untied Jung Kook's robe as well then kneeled in front of him. His morning moans are sexy, Minji thought.

They went to the market to buy meat and groceries for Christmas Eve. Jung Kook pleaded that he wanted her blueberry cheesecake again. Minji agreed and thought of adding fruit salad along with roasted chicken and ham and his favorite bone soup. Those are a lot of dishes for the two of them and Minji had already anticipated that she's going to be cooking all day.

Jung Kook was pushing the cart but kept on placing things which she thought are not needed.

"Babe...we don't need this."She scolded him then placed the candies back to the aisle.

"Babe...please, Christmas is about sweet-binge." His eyes were pleading, acting like a baby. Minji scoffed then looked at his baby face then nodded before Jung Kook happily placed the candies back into the cart.

"Be thankful I love you." She added.

"I'm thankful..." He gave her a back hug and Minji took over in pushing the cart.

"Babe...can we drink? Just wine and champagne..." His voice sounded worried that it might trigger Sunshine's memory.

"Uhmm...you can drink...I'll pass." She then remembered Sunshine.

He went closer to her to caress her face. "It's not your fault, babe. I hope you stop thinking about that." She just sighed and smiled at him. "I really wanted to celebrate the festivity and us being together, but I guess we can let go of the alcohol. What matters most is that we are together." He smiled back.

"No, take it..."Minji stopped his hand from returning the bottles of wine and champagne on his hands. "I'm not sure if I can do it, but...I'll try. If I can't do it, I hope you'll understand."
