Rooibos Latte

Ingredients:

-160 mL (2/3 cup) water

-20 mL (4 tsp) loose rooibos or three rooibos tea bags

-2 mL (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract

-500 mL (2 cups) milk 

-10 mL (2 tsp) honey

-Ground cinnamon for garnish, optional

Instructions:

1. In a sauce pan, boil water and take off heat. Steep rooibos for about 5 minutes. Add honey and vanilla extract.

2. Heat and froth milk using a milk frother. Divide rooibos tea into two mugs. Fill to the top with milk froth and top with cinnamon.
