Ingredients:
-1000 mL (4 cups) water
-45 mL (3 tbsp) corn tea or 1 corn tea bag
Instructions:
1. Combine water and corn kernels in a kettle. Filtered water will make a better tasting corn tea than tap water.
2. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Brewing it for longer will result in a darker color and more pronounced taste.
3. Strain kernels and pour hot tea into a teacup.
