Ginger Cardamom Tea

Ingredients:

-500 mL (2 cups) water

-20 mL (4 tsp) honey

-15 mL (1 tbsp) minced fresh gingerroot

-2 mL (1/2 tsp) ground cardamom

-6 tea bags

-375 mL (1 1/2 cups) fat-free milk

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine water, honey, ginger and cardamom and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Pour over tea bags in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Steep 3-5 minutes according to taste. Strain tea back into saucepan, discarding ginger and tea bags. Stir in milk. Heat through.
