42. Prisoner

Today was the day Ginny would come home for Christmas holiday. Molly was so excited she was rushing around the house getting everything ready and you had to admit you were very excited too. The three boys were in the shed doing an episode of potter watch before Ginny arrived.
"Oh no" Molly shouted from the kitchen
"What's wrong" you asked walking in
"I'm out of flour" Molly huffed
"Let me go into town and I'll get some for you"
Molly thought for a moment and finally agreed
"You can go but take someone with you"
You nodded and grabbed your jacket throwing it on as you ran out to the shed, the boys had just finished the show when you walked in
"Lee care to accompany me to town for some flour" you asked
"Sure thing" he said getting up
"Samantha wait" George said "do you think that's such a good idea"
"It's fine George" you smiled at him and kissed his cheek reassuring him "well we back before you know it"
George sighed and you and Lee left walking towards town.
You linked your arm with Lee and smiled as you March through the snow that was covering the ground
"I missed you Lee"
"I miss you too babe"
"I'm glad you're back... I just wish it was a for a different reason"
The two of you made it to town and went into the market buying everything you needed. When the two of you headed back out you gasped and dropped your bag immediately spotting Greyback and Lucious. You stopped in your tracks and Lee did too
"What's wrong" he asked and you grabbed his arm hurrying back into the market unsure if they had seen you or not
"Forget something" the shop keeper asked when you re entered. You walked back into the store hiding behind the shelves when you saw the pair walking towards the store
"Yes we did" you told the man behind the counter "we need....ham" you shouted "your best ham, please go get it from the back for us" you instructed the man who looked confused but followed your instructions
"How much" he asked
"Loads"
Greyback and Lucious entered the market and scanned the room for you. You and Lee were crouched behind a rack of spices but Greyback spotted your hair
"Crucio" Lucious hit Lee with the curse rendering him unable to fight
"Lee" you screamed
Lucious hit you with a curse and you dropped to the ground unable to move. Greyback grabbed you and he and Lucious quickly left the store before apperating.

•George's POV•

It had been about an hour since Samantha and Lee left and they should have been back by now. You paced around the living room waiting
"Chill George" they'll be back any minute Fred said from his spot on the couch. As if on queue Lee came bursting in the front door
"GEORGE FRED MOLLY ARTHUR SOMEONE" he screamed making Fred jump up from the couch
"Lee what's wrong where's Samantha"
"They we're waiting for us they were there and they got her" he cried. Your stomach dropped and it felt like the world was being pulled out from under you. Your mum and dad had come running in when they heard Lee
"Who's got her son" Arthur asked
"Greyback and Lucious" Arthur ran out to the shed and started contacting members of the order
"How could you let this happen" you screamed at Lee
"I- Lucious he cursed me" Lee said looking like he was on the verge of tears and you smashed your hands down on the table
"Damn it" you screamed
"It's all my fault" Molly cried "I shouldn't have let her go" Fred hugged your mum trying to calm her down.
"They have to be at Malfoy Manner" Fred finally said
"Then let's go" you said
"No absolutely not" Molly said
"I'd have to agree with your mum mate, even if you make it inside what are you going to do against all of them"
"We can't just sit around and wait for them to let her go" you yelled growing angrier by the second
"We'll figure something out" Fred said placing his hand in your shoulder "I promise"
"I just can't...." You felt a lump forming in your throat and tears started the fall down your face "I can't lose her" you cried

•Samantha's POV•
You were carried inside Malfoy manner and dropped on the floor by Greyback. You looked around and sat up
"What do you people want with me" you asked but no one bothered to answer
"We should put her in dungeons" Narcissa suggested "before we call the dark lord we should make absolutely certain"
Bellatrix walked over and kicked your leg
"You girl"
You looked up at her "your daddy said you were a seer, just like your mummy before she left you"
"No I'm not" you said crossing your arms "I've never seen anything in the future"
"DONT lie to me" she screeched
"I'm not fucking lying" you yelled back
"PUT HER IN THE DUNGEON" she screamed. Worm tail ran over and ushered you down the stairs into the dungeons where he locked you in.
"Hello" you heard a voice call, a voice you recognized
"Luna" you asked in the darkness
"Samantha" she ran to you and threw her arms around you
"Luna why are you here"
"They took me because of what my father had been writing, he supported Harry and spoke against you know who"
"I'm sorry Luna" you sighed
"Miss. Green" you heard another voice it belonged to Ollivander "you worked at the Weasleys shop didnt you"
"I did sir" you confirmed
"What did they take you for" he asked
"They think I'm a seer" you said rolling your eyes
"Samantha blimey I didn't know you were a seer"
"I'm not" you said throwing your hands up in frustration
"But for some reason my father told them I was"
The three of you heard footsteps approaching and stopped your conversation
"Miss. Green" you knew the voice belonged to the one and only Severus Snape. You walked over to the door where he stood
"Come with me" he opened the door and dragged you out before slamming it shut
"What do you want with me"
"I will help you take control of your seeing power"
"But I'm not a seer" you shouted, why was nobody listening to you
"Nice try Miss Green"
"Why are you even here you're supposed to be on our side"
Snape looked around and quickly pushed you into the wall
"Do not speak of that here" he hissed "ever"
You looked away from him and the two of you continued to walk. The two of you entered a small room and Snape pushed you into the chair.
"Are you ready to begin"

You and Snape had been working for days on end with no results. You were no closer to seeing the future than Snape was and he was growing impatient.
You sat on the dungeon floor, your back against the wall as you listened to Snape talking to someone upstairs
"She is useless, she is no seer, she posses no unique powers" he said sounding irritated
"Bring her father in immediately" the other voice said which you recognized as Lucious. You heard someone apperate and then silence. You started to grow anxious at the thought of seeing your father, maybe they wouldn't make you talk to him.
You waited in silence for a few more minute before Snape returned and with him was your father
"I'd like to know the meaning of this Severus" he shouted
"Why did you tell us your daughter is a seer if she isn't"
"She is, her mother is one and she saw that our daughter would be too"
"Get the girl" you heard Snape say, moments later worm tail was at the door
"You girl, let's go" he opened the door for you and you walked out of the cell up the stairs and saw your father
"Samantha.... Long time no see"
You didn't say anything you just looked at your dad
"She is no seer" Snape said again
"That I agree with" you said looking at Snape who didn't seem amused
"She is, she just needs to learn how to use her gifts"
"We've been trying for a week now" Snape told him. Your father looked confused
"But her mother -"
"Must have lied" Snape said cutting him off
You had very little memory of your mother, she left when you were twelve and before that she was barely around.
"So now we are left with a problem to solve" Snape said "we have to figure out what to do with the girl and what to tell the dark lord"
"Neither of those seem like my problem" your father said and shrugged, that one hurt a bit. You looked down at the floor, you could feel Snapes eyes on you and you didn't care to meet his eyes. The last thing you wanted was pity from Snape.
"Fine" I'll deal with the girl "you can explain to the dark lord"
Your father apperated out of the mansion leaving you standing in front of Snape
"Can I leave now" you asked
"Absolutely not. You can go back to the dungeons for now and maybe later we'll let Draco decide what to do with you"
