37. And We're Gonna Get Married

It was early, the sun had just risen and yet everything was already In full swing. Molly was baking cupcakes and everyone else was cleaning up the house, which took plenty of time because George and Fred kept messing about. By the time midday had rolled around Fleur was doing her hair and makeup while the boys helped Arthur with the tent in the yard. You were in the kitchen with Molly trying to calm her nerves
"It's perfect Molly all of it"
"But are you sure there's enoug-"
"Molly I promise you it's enough. Everything"
"Alright alright" Molly smoothed her hair and looked outside "I'll go check on the boys, you go check on Fleur"
You went upstairs to Ginnys room and Hermione was curling Fleurs hair
"You look amazing" you smiled at the bride. Fleur have you a nervous looking smile and then turned back to the mirror
"You girls should be getting ready too" she told you
"We will" you smiled
"we just want to help you first" Ginny said as she brushed blush across her cheekbones. Fleur hugged her new sister and Ginny, slightly uncomfortably hugged her back.
"Zank you" Fleur breathed out. Once you put the finishing touches on Fleur her mother came in and fussed over how beautiful she looked. You and Hermione and Ginny went to the bathroom and got dressed and did your own hair and makeup. You looked at yourself in the mirror and smiled excited for George to see you all dressed up. You had seen him earlier in the day when he was getting the tent ready and he looked amazing. He was wearing a dark purple shirt with white flowers on it and a purple vest, Fred in the same but yellow. Sometimes you couldn't wrap your mind around how lucky you were to have George. Your hand touched the locket hanging around your neck that George had given you. Hermione came up behind you and caught your eye in the mirror
"Thinking about a special someone" she mused
"Maybe" you giggled
"Hopefully we'll have your wedding here next" Ginny said smiling widely. You shook your head but couldn't help but smile, the thought of marrying George made you giddy. The three of you finished up in the bathroom and went back into Ginnys room with Fleur and her mother
"It's almost time" you said looking out the window. The ceremony was going to be held in the garden and the chairs were already starting to fill with many familiar faces. Mrs. Weasley came into the room and beamed at Fleur
"Ready dear" she asked and Fleur nodded "you three head downstairs"
You Ginny and Hermione gave Fleur reassuring smiles and left. You started to feel a bit nervous, it wasn't even your wedding and yet you had butterfly's. Bill was in the kitchen and smiled when he saw you three
"Beautiful all three of you" he said
You twirled around and laughed "Bill you flatter me"
Hermione laughed and Ginny just rolled her eyes
"Ready brother" she asked
"As ready as I'll ever be"
Mr. And Mrs. Weasley came into the kitchen
"Ready son" Arthur asked and Bill nodded. The music started and the three Weasleys walked out together Molly and Arthur kissing Bill before taking their seats and Bill standing under the arch. First Ginny went out of the kitchen and down the aisle in the garden going to the opposite side of Bill, a few moments later Hermione took her turn leaving just you left. You stepped out into the garden and everyone looked at you, you met George's eyes and smiled. You took a deep breath and continued down the aisle winking at Bill when you passed him standing by the other two girls. The music stopped and a new song started signaling everyone to stand up, Fleur and her parents appeared at the top of the aisle and Bill grinned so large you couldn't help but smile too. Fleur looked amazing as she walked towards the arch kissing each of her parents before she joined Bill, he took her hand in his and the ceremony started.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife" the official said "you may kiss your bride" he smiled as Bill wrapped his arms around Fleur kissing her before turning to everyone a smile on his face. Everyone cheered and clapped as the happy couple went back up the aisle. You and Hermione and Ginny following behind. Bill and Fleur went off to have some photos taken and you went to find George in the sea of people who were mingling about the garden
"My word" George whispered in your ear sending a shiver down your spin
"I didn't think you could look more beautiful but darling, you've done it"
You giggled and turned to face George
"Why thank you Mr. Weasley"
"No really. Bloody hell just look at you"
You blushed and shook your head a piece of your waved hair falling into your face, which George brushed away.
"I'm the luckiest bloke here"
"I'd say that title probably goes to Bill today" you smiled and George just shrugged
"I don't think so"
"Samantha" you recognized the voice of Luna Lovegood
"Luna" you smiled and saw your friend approaching you
"You look absolutely breathtaking" she said hugging you
"Thank you Luna, you look amazing as well" you said looking down at her dress
"Xenopholius Lovegood" the man next to Luna said sticking out his hand
"Oh Mr. Lovegood how nice to meet you" you said shaking his hand
"You too Miss. Green, Lunas told me so much about you" you smiled at your friend when George took your hand in his
"If I can pull Samantha away for a moment" he said to Luna and her father
"Well see you around Samantha" Luna waved
George brought you inside of the burrow and pushed you against the wall kissing up your neck
"George" you gasped
"Shhhh" George moved up and kissed your lips rubbing his hands over your body "I just couldn't wait any longer" he told you in between kisses
"Samantha....George?" You heard Ginny calling from outside as she approached the door. You pulled away for George and fixed your hair and dress
"In here" you called back
"Mum wants everyone for a photo out back"
You and George hurried outside and met up with the family. You took a few photos and then headed over to the tent as the sun set. Once inside you were speechless
"It's beautiful in here" you gasped grabbing George's hand. You and everyone else clapped for the new couple when they entered the tent and began their first dance
"That'll be us one day" George leaned down and whispered to you leaving a kiss on your head. You clapped as they finished their dance and everyone began to mingle and eat and dance.
"May I" George reached out for your hand which you willingly gave him and followed him to the dance floor. George twirled you around the dance floor and you danced to multiple songs
"Mind if I cut in" Fred said placing his hand on George's shoulder
"One dance" he told his brother before kissing you gently. Fred took you in his arms and moved you around the dance floor
"Samantha you look beautiful tonight"
"Why thank you Fred you look incredibly dashing" you giggled and spun around Fred. After the song ended you and Fred met back up with George who was talking to a relative.
Suddenly a large light came hurdling towards the tent, once inside you recognized the linx as Kingsleys patronus
"The ministry has fallen. The minister of magic is dead. They are coming. They are coming"
You looked up at George fear coursing through you, the look on his face telling you he felt the same. George and Fred looked across the tent at Arthur who nodded sharply at them, both boys grabbed your arm and before you could blink you were in the living room at your flat
"What's going on" you asked George
"Pack your things" he said pulling you into your room
"George" you looked up at him tears in your eyes
"I know" he said before grabbing two bags and piling clothes into them.
"What about Mari" you said grabbing your kitten
"Fuck" George sighed "alright she can come too, just hurry"
You packed your things and you George and Fred all met back in the living room
"Ready" Fred asked and you nodded clutching Mari close to your chest. The three of you held hands and again were off.
