Play in my head
Chastise
Neglect I've spread
Turned off the flow
From guides connections
It's hard to help
Without attention
But they still try
To lay a path
For unasked questions
Still inner wrath
Open my eyes
Rattle my thoughts
'Til I connect
Unravel mind's knots
When will I learn
To take the time
To plug into
My inner rhyme
Receive the gifts
Along my path
Show gratitude
And still my wrath
