Seek Harmony

Nature's Bread

Oh, fill me with the wind

     from this blustery day

Scatter all my thoughts

     so only feelings sway

Drain me of my discontent

     let pain fly with the breeze

Let peace reside within my heart

     and maybe I'll unfreeze

Bumblebee and hummingbird

     sip from tiny flowers

Let me feed on humble thoughts

     that cancels discord's power

Children playing up the street

     yell and squeal with glee

Living in this moment

     must be a vital key

Paths to circumvent

     the obstacles of now

May not be clear to tread

      but soon I'll find a plow

I'll cut down all the obstacles

     that block the path I'll tread

As I walk, I'll stop awhile

     to feed on nature's bread
