"God, it's brutal out here."

"Are you out of your mind?! We know lost our only leverage on Klaus." Elena shouted at Natasha. "This is really starting to get old, Elena. I did it to save your brother! Don't act like you wouldn't have done the same. You're only mad because you didn't think to do it first. You make everything a competition or make it about you, when honestly it isn't. Everyone let's you believe that because of not you'd burst into tears. Well, news flash, Elena. The world does not revolve around you. So get over yourself before someone else pays the price for your happiness."

When Natasha turned around Elena pulled a stake out of her boot. She went up to Natasha but before she got a chance to use it Natasha grabbed her forearm and twisted Elena's wrist. "You wanna try that again?" Natasha tilted her head.

"Ahh. Natasha, stop it. You're hurting me." Elena said as she tried prying Natasha's hand off her. "Nat!" Jenna exclaimed. Natasha rolled her eyes and dropped Elena's wrist. "What the hell?!" Elena exclaimed.

"You tried to stake me even though I'm not a vampire. If anything I should saying 'what the hell' to that." Natasha said.

"Where's Jeremy?" Natasha asked Jenna. "He's upstairs packing hi-" Jenna was interrupted by Elena's loud and obviously fake cough. "You're send him away, aren't you?" Natasha scoffed.

"It's for his own good. He needs to get out of this town." Elena told her. "Is he wanting to go, or did you have Damon compel him to want to leave?" Natasha tilted her head. No answer was given.

"You of all people should know what it's like to have someone choose what's best for you. Damon and Stefan always made decisions for you and you hated it, so you rebelled. Now you're doing the same to your own brother without a second thought. How hypocritical of you."

"Natasha," Elena called out, but the door had already been slammed shut. Jenna sighed as she brought her hand to the side of her face.

"Hey. Sorry I'm late. I, uh, got held up." Bonnie said as she walked up to Caroline's locker where Natasha was. "It's fine. I was just adding on some feather boas around the edge of the locker. What do you think?"

"Pink, yellow, and blue?" Bonnie asked. "They're the colors of the Pan flag. Caroline told me to use those in a not so subtle manner." Natasha responded.

"Oh, uh, you guys are already here." Elena mumbled as she walked up to the girls. "Yep. Natasha did a great job, don't you think?" Bonnie smiled. Elena side eyed natasha as she nodded in a rather fake manner.
