"I'm sorry, but Natasha's not able to come to the phone right now. Please leave your message with me, her assistant." Spencer said as he answered Damon's phone call on Natasha's phone.

"Who the hell are you?" Damon asked in annoyance. "Natasha's best friend and practically brother. What do you want?" Spencer rolled his eyes. "If you don't speak in three seconds I'm hanging up this phone and blocking your number."

"Will you just tell Natasha to meet meet at the boarding house? It's important and I need a favor." Damon scoffed. "No can do. Natasha's on her way to school and she hates, so, uh, no favors for you. Have a horrible." Spencer then hung up the phone.

"Who's having a horrible day?" Natasha asked as she walked down the staircase. "Hopefully Damon." Spencer scoffed. She raised an eyebrow. "Don't worry about it. You have school, and I have to help Jenna pack her things. She moves to Denver permanently tomorrow."

"I thought she was moving to California?" Natasha asked, grabbing her car keys. "After a little story telling she thinks it's best to move to a no werewolf zone." Spencer said. "Understandable. She'll be safe that way."

"Question of the day: When are you going to tell Klaus you're in love with him?" Spencer grinned.

"Soon. I need to say it back." Natasha said, Spencer furrowed his eyebrows. "What do you mean 'say it back'? He's never said it."

"Yeah... The day at the school, before he died." Natasha said slowly. "Nat, I was there in ghost form... He didn't say it. Trust me I'd be all over his case if he did. You must have been hearing things from the amount of poison that was in your system. Which is probably why you didn't see me either. What he did was feed you his blood and tell you to get home. Never did he say he loved you. You imagined that."

"Well... That actually makes sense." Natasha mumbled to herself. She wondered if the Hybrid was even capable of love, or should it be rephrased, she wondered if Klaus Mikaelson was capable of loving her.

"You need to get going." Spencer said, changing the subject before Natasha thought to deeply into things, and shooed her out the door.

"Wait, but how does Jenna even know you're back? You were dead two days ago." Natasha questioned. "It was hard to explain, but she understood rather quickly."

"Now, go! I don't want Caroline calling me asking for your whereabouts." He then shut the door in her face. "Rude." Natasha scoffed. "Love you!" She heard Spencer say from the inside of the house.

"Joy to the world." Natasha sighed as she stood outside the history classroom. "Natasha," Bonnie called out from behind her. "Hey." Natasha said. "I, uh, I wanted to give you this. I didn't get a chance to give you your birthday gift yesterday so..." Bonnie held out a little wrapped box.
