Smells Like Teen Spirit.

Natasha woke up the next morning. She wished she hadn't though. Remembering what happened the previous night with Stefan, Klaus forcing him to turn his humanity off, made her furious and upset. She hated herself for having to feel that way again. Yet she hated feeling selfish even more.

She sighed, stretching her limbs across the entire bed. She grabbed the pillow from beneath her head and put it over her face. Mentally screaming into it.

The phone rang seconds later. She took the pillow off her face and grabbed her phone, reading the contact name. She sighed, putting it to her year. "Hey, Bon Bon." Natasha said. "I apologize in advanced." Bonnie mumbled.

"What?" Natasha's question was soon answered when she heard Caroline's dramatic sigh. "Natasha Iris Danvers, you get you ass to Mystic High right now before I vamp speed to your house and drag you out of your room myself. You will not be missing our last first day of school. I've already called reinforcements to help me get you out of that bedroom. So get up, get all pretty, and drive up here. I am not doing this without you."

All Natasha said was, "Fine."

She got out of bed and went towards the bathroom. She brushed her teeth and face, then hearing a knock from downstairs. "Ugh. Care, I swear-" Natasha mumbled as she left the bathroom and walked down the steps of her empty house.

Opening the front door to see Jenna in the doorway, waving. "Why am I not surprised?" Natasha laughed. "It's Caroline. You learn not to be surprised at some point. Now invite me in, Weasley." Jenna joked as she'd started calling Natasha that after her obsession with Harry Potter and her red red hair.

Natasha invited Jenna inside and she helped Natasha pick out an outfit and made breakfast for her. The two talked while this went on seeing as Jenna could hear Natasha from upstairs thanks to her vamp hearing, and Natasha could hear Jenna's responses as Jenna would raise her voice.

"You'll be about eighteen minutes late on your first day if you leave now." Jenna said as she checked her phone. "Caroline's gonna kill me." Natasha said as she rushed to put her shoes on. Jenna laughed as she sipped her coffee, "That she will!"

"Okay, okay. I'm going. Love you, Auntie J. Bye!" Natasha said as she rushed out of the house and slammed the door behind her. She got in her car and started driving to the school.

When Natasha made it to the school building she saw Caroline standing at her locker. "You're seventeen minutes and thirty two seconds late." Caroline raised an eyebrow. "I wasn't exactly planning on showing up today until you demanded I be here."

"Nat, Is that what I think it is?" Bonnie asked, walking up to Natasha. "Oh, my god! Oh, my god! Natasha Danvers has a love mark on her neck." Caroline exclaimed quietly. Natasha had assumed they would have faded by now, but she'd still forgotten to put make up on it.

"Multiple." Elena said from behind Bonnie. "Who's the lucky guy or girl?" Caroline wiggled her eyebrows. "No one. It was nothing." Natasha covered her neck with her hair as she opened her locker and set her books inside it.

"Clearly it's something. Was this from when you were in Chicago with my boyfriend and the psychos?" Elena raised an eyebrow, a slight glare fixed on her face.

"Elena." Bonnie said, causing the brunette to roll her eyes. "It was just a question." Elena shrugged innocently.

"Let's go to class. Can we do that? Or does Elena need to ask more questions?" Natasha mimicked Elena's voice and innocent facial expression.
