Guess what I just found: it's a quick little snippet of an interview with Joshua, and a particular question stuck out to me.

This basically means that the phone call (the one in Slices [I don't remember any other times the call wasn't FaceTime]) was real (real in the sense that they were actually talking to each other)

This basically means that the phone call (the one in Slices [I don't remember any other times the call wasn't FaceTime]) was real (real in the sense that they were actually talking to each other). I don't know why I'm so intrigued by this information.

As for FaceTime calls, I'm still assuming they're done separately then edited together.

If you'd like to read the whole interview, it's in the external link at the bottom.

A few people groan when they hear an alarm go off. "What time is it?" Sofia mumbles.

Joe checks his phone and is blinded by the light. "Six."

"Ugh, whose alarm is set for six?"

They all check their pockets, and it's not theirs. "Oh, it's mine," Joshua says groggily, having opened his eyes a few minutes after everyone else.

"Why do you have it set for six though?" Dara asked, annoyed.

"Because he sleeps through his alarms and needs many to even have a chance of getting out of bed on time," Olivia answers for him. His head was already back down on the pillow with his eyes closed.

"Well, there's no going back to sleep," Julia said, standing up and stretching.

"Speak for yourself," Joshua murmured.

About another hour later, they're on the road to the studio. Joshua somehow fell asleep on the way there, and Frankie was trying to think of a creative way to wake him up.

"Just shake his shoulder," Olivia suggested, taking the gentle approach.

"Joe already did that."

"Well, you just need a calmer touch."

"Frankie? Calm? Hell would freeze over before that happened," Dara commented. He glared at her and walked off.

"Matt, hand me your keys. I'll get him."

He looked at Olivia suspiciously but tossed them to her anyway. "Make sure to hit the lock button twice. After it makes an unreasonably loud noise, it's good."

Olivia nods at him and opens the back door opposite Joshua, so he wouldn't fall out. She almost hated to wake him up because of how relaxed he was. After saying his name multiple times and shaking his shoulders and arms, his eyes slowly open.

"Hey there, sleepyhead," she said quietly. "We're at the studio."

"We're here already?" Joshua blinked from the bright light and yawned, looking like a baby that had just woken up in their crib in the morning.
