It's February 14: the day where this project gets started. I can't believe we've only been here for a week; it feels longer with all the stuff that's happened.

To say I was nervous was an understatement. More like a bunch of mixed emotions under the categories of excited and terrified. Tim had already given us our scripts a while back, but I'm still freaking out.

There was no more blood in my hair; my black eye was pretty much gone; my ribs were fine; my chest didn't have to be wrapped; most if not all of the swelling had gone down. My first scene of the day was with Larry in Big Red's basement. After that, I had a scene with Olivia. I started walking down to the parking lot with coffee in hand, of course.

"Hey, Joshy." I turn around to also see Olivia with a coffee.

"Hey Livvy, did you see anyone else on their way down?"

"No, I-" I see Sofia come around the corner.

"Hey guys," she yawns out.

We continue to talk for a little while until we see more people come toward us. "Hey, guys, is Tim here yet?" It was Dara.

"He better get here soon, or I'm going to sleep in that chair," Frankie said with his eyes half-open.

"He'll be here soon," Joe said.

"Did he say what all we're doing today?" Matt asked.

"No, but it's not much," Julia said.

"Then why are we awake if we're not doing a lot?" Frankie complained.

"Preparation for later?" I suggested.

"Hello, is everyone here?" Tim said cheerily. We quickly looked around and counted to make sure everyone was here. "Ok, so, we won't be doing a lot today. We're still getting some equipment delivered to the school, so our scenes there won't start until tomorrow. For now, let's get going to our first table read!" We all tried to be enthusiastic and put smiles on our faces despite the drowsiness.

I was standing there, swaying back and forth a little and trying to focus, when someone taps my shoulder. "C'mon, Joshy, Tim wants everyone in the van," Liv tells me.

"Coming," I say.

Olivia
We all get in the van and try not to fall asleep on our way there. Frankie and Josh failed.

"Guys," Joe whispers to them. He shakes them both, and they slowly open their eyes.

"Huh?" they both ask at once.

"We're here," I say.

"Ok everyone, follow me!" Tim shouts. We walk behind Tim as he leads us into a conference room. "Everyone, this is Kate Reinders who is Miss Jenn, and Mark St. Cyr who is Benjamin Mazzara. We have already put name tags in front of different chairs so please sit."

I walk around until I find my name. I'm sitting between Sofia and Frankie with Josh and Joe across from me.

"Ok, so we're going to get started on our read-through for episode 1. Remember, you don't actually have to sing yet. Save that for tomorrow," Tim says. We open our scripts and excitement fills me.
