Just wondering (I asked this in 3 Years too), do you guys read more on your phones or a computer?
(I use my computer more because I find it easier.)🍪🍪🍪
Everyone was getting ready for the next scene; it was going to start with the cast all packed in the living room and Ashlyn and Nini talking in the kitchen.
"We're going old school," Julia (Ashlyn) said, holding up a polaroid camera and film. "Make some memories, people." She took an empty bowl from Kaden and walked into the kitchen.
Olivia (Nini) turned and saw her come in. "Your house... has the best energy; I love it."
"Aw, thank you. And... thank you for coming. You know, I know things got a little dicey with everyone after the forest of boys incident, and you've been kind of a beacon."
"Oh, are you kidding? You were the first person who had my back that day. And I've totally moved on."
"Someday you've gotta teach me how you do that. I'm not so good at forgiving and forgetting."
"Well, you get an amazing song out of it, so..." Julia (Ashlyn) grinned to herself, then Nini added, "Oh, come on! Wondering is literally the best ballad in the show, and I'm low-key jealous Gabriella doesn't get to sing it."
"Stop."
She chuckled. "I wish that I could write like that."
"Ok, um, did you not write that completely adorkable song about how you... don't not love... someone?"
"Yeah, that was a one-time thing, and it totally backfired. I highly recommend not telling someone you love them for the first time on Instagram."
"Well, maybe you should write something for yourself then," she advised. "I'm serious." She took the now full bowl and went back to the living room. "Nothing about boys."
"Cut!" Olivia quickly ran over to the director's chair she was using as a makeshift desk. She was hunched over her textbook, trying to finish a math assignment. It was easy, but that didn't mean she wanted to do it.
"Hey." She jumped a little at a voice. It was just Joshua though. "Didn't mean to scare you," he apologized.
"Oh, no worries."
"What are you doing? You don't exactly have time for a break."
"Um, I've fallen a little behind on homework, so I'm trying to catch up."
He peered over her shoulder at the work. "Algebra? Yeah, I don't miss that."
"Thanks, you're so helpful," she said sarcastically.
He pulls up a chair. "I might be able to help. Might."
"You don't have to. Plus, it's really not that hard, just tedious."
"It's no big deal. I don't have any scenes until Ricky and Gina show up." He scooted closer to her, so he could see the paper; he was so near now that Olivia could feel his shirt as it fell away from his chest some against her arm.
"Uh, o- ok." Get a grip! He's just sitting there, doing nothing! Finish the damn page.
Joshua read the first problem to himself before saying it aloud. "Factor 3x^2 + 5x - 12."
Olivia looked at him, realizing that if he dropped his head just the slightest bit, his head would be resting on hers. She snaps out of it when he waves a hand in her face. "Are you going to do it?"
