If you haven't seen it yet, I posted another one-shot last week to celebrate me being on Wattpad for two years now.

If you have read it, what'd you think?

Once everyone had changed clothes, it was time to start the next scene: it was everyone in the bomb shelter preparing to do the first scene of their musical.

It was time to shoot the scene that was right before the first scene of the musical, which was obviously the opening scene for the movie.

Everyone stood together to rate their costumes to how similar they were to the characters. In terms of closeness, Julia ended up winning; for overall look, Joe won.

"The pink, the glitter. You look incredible!" Dara complimented.

"Aw, thanks," he said, doing a small twirl.

Joshua wiped his hands on his jeans; he wasn't nervous about the scene but more because of the actions that took place in the cafeteria prior. God, what were we thinking? How did we end up there in the first place? That whole event felt like the strangest dream to him. The weirdest part was that some moments felt fuzzy, and all he could think about was the end of the little dance.

That was a whole new and different level of intimacy. What it felt like to hold her; the comfort that came from her holding him too; knowing that she was comfortable enough with their position that she didn't move. It all felt like the greatest fever dream ever.

Olivia was over talking with Dara as a way of a distraction, which was difficult since they were all in the same room. God, what was I thinking? How did that even happen? She very clearly remembers that dancing was her idea, but she has no idea why she wanted to do it in the first place.

She smiled thinking about it though. It could just be her imagination, but she could have sworn that his heart was beating just as fast as hers (if not faster); she might have been able to feel his pulse the slightest bit when her hands were on his chest. They were standing so close to each other, yet it still wasn't enough.

"Hello? Liv? Liv!?"

"Hmm? What? Yes?"

"Girl, how bad is it? You're staring directly at him."

Olivia looked at the ground to hide the red slowly appearing on her face. "Shush."

"Oof, it must be bad if that's your only rebuttal."

She swatted her friend's arm to get her to stop talking.

She couldn't wait until it was time for the scenes with their song. Not just because it was their song that had so much time and effort behind it but rather because Ricky and Nini were supposed to look at each other since they begin to realize their feelings never truly went away, which meant that Olivia could look at Joshua without anyone telling her otherwise.

Everyone stood in a circle as it was supposed to be 30 minutes until the show was to begin. "So now, what I would like to do is... please think of a word or phrase from the show that expresses where your head is or your goals for tonight. If anyone wants to share?" Kate (Miss Jenn) instructs.

It's silent as the camera pans around them until Larry (Big Red) says his line: "You're my guys, and this is our team."

Joshua (Ricky) stands and says, "What if you wanna try something really new, and it's a total disaster, and all your friends laugh at you?"

"Oh, um..." Olivia (Nini) chimed in. "Do you ever feel like there's this whole other person inside of you just looking for a way to come out?"

"Do the romp and strut your stuff," Frankie (Carlos) said.
