"Oh. My. Titan..."

"Too much for you?"

"I think I'm gonna faint...! THIS IS ALL SO COOL!"

Laughter filled the night air as Willow, Amity, and Luz all watched as Gus finally got to properly take in what the human world had to offer, even if it was just a small bit inside of Connecticut. Luz had already informed them all of traffic rules and how to be safe when around them since they had no clue what a car was except for Eda. She knew a thing or two about them, and frankly, Luz was surprised that the older witch herself was able to visit LA before going back to the Boiling Isles.

"Take it all in Gus! We only have this trip for right now so enjoy it while you can." Luz called out to her little witch friend, happy that he is able to appreciate the small things.

Tonight couldn't have been any better, really. Luz finally got to show her friends what it was really like here in the human realm. As far as she could remember, she was always scared to, more so nervous than scared but now that they're actually here, all those feelings subsided and was able to forget all of the bad things from the past. She recalled seeing a few people from her school while they walked around town but she made sure to stay hidden as to not want to relive anything she had gone through before, that was her ultimate goal for the night.

The night was all one big blur as they walked through the town, laughing and running around with her real friends, closing in on their destination for their pizza dinner. Eda was already farther ahead but she made sure not to stay too far in case something were to happen. Soon enough though, they had finally reached the pizza parlor. With Eda having been here before, she had told the kids to go across the street to the conveniently placed playground right across the street from it as the pizza's would need to be made which would probably take a few. As she went in to order, Luz and her friends walked across the walkway and flooded into the playground, it being nearly empty.

"This is called a playground, which I'm sure you all know. As it says in the word 'playground,' you just... play! It's kinda like the one you guys have but a bit more... colorful! That's all there really is to it. Just try not to do anything to dangerous such as climbing on the building areas and falling off. Did that once or twice... not fun." Luz said with a concerned smile as she thought back to it when she was a kid. And with those words, they all kinda went to do their own thing: Willow trying the monkey bars to test her arm strength, Gus running around in the structure and doing the exact opposite of what Luz told them to do and climbed everywhere he could. To his own surprise, he never fell once. Luz had walked Amity over to the swings, though, and offered to push Amity. Reluctant at first, she eventually got on and decided that she could trust Luz into not pushing her too high.

After being pushed the most comfortable height she believed she wanted to be, Amity had gestured for Luz to get onto the swing next to her. More than welcome to, she immediately got on and swung her legs back and forth after getting a starting push from her own legs, going as high as she could go, exceeding Amity in height. Even though she was worried, she knew Luz would be okay, she had done this before.

"Come on, Amity! Swing higher with me!" Luz called out with a big smile, raising her voice slightly as she kept going up and away from her witchy friend.

"I'm okay, Luz! I think I'll stay to the... ground." She replied back with a flustered smile while scratching the back of her neck. "Why not come down here with m-me?" Amity asked, somehow getting flushed at the small request. It was nothing big, really, but this felt to her as if it was a small date with the human in a different realm. So naturally, the tiny details hit her like a truck, more than they should.
