It was so much fun being with those two girls. Earlier this afternoon, I was at Lisa's place, and we were running around her apartment because we annoyed Jennie. In the end, we got a big smack on the head—Jennie is scary when she's really annoyed! Hahaha, but it was still fun!
Now I'm home, lying in bed. It's almost time to sleep, but I'm still on my phone, scrolling through Instagram. Suddenly, a notification popped up—it was Jisoo with a new update. I tapped on it and saw her post:
*Post*
"Yay! My boyfriend is coming back to Korea! 😍🥰🥳"
That's what her post said. Then I noticed someone commenting on it:
Jin: "Babe, wait for me there. I'm almost in Korea. You're really excited, hahaha! Me too."
So that's her boyfriend's name, huh? I clicked on his profile and started stalking him. He's really rich, though Jisoo is even richer than him. I even looked into some other details about this guy.
*Sunday Morning*
"At the mall"
"Yah, Lalisa, where are you two now?" I raised my voice while calling Lisa. "Chaeyoung-ah, can you just chill for a second? Wait, I see you now," Lisa replied on the other end of the call. "Where?" I asked. "Look behind you," Lisa said. I turned around and saw them waving at me. I smiled and waved back.
"Yah, why are you two late?" I asked them with a slightly raised voice. "There was traffic, okay? Just chill, bruh," Lisa responded. "So, where should we buy a phone for Jennie? There are so many phone shops here," I said to Lisa. "I planned for that already. We should go to the Samsung store," Lisa suggested, and I nodded at her idea.
A few minutes later, we got Jennie's new phone. It's the same model as mine and Lisa's. I set up a lot of things on Jennie's phone, like adding Lisa's number, mine, and all our friends' numbers. I even added her to our group chat. Then, Lisa and I took a selfie, just the two of us.
While walking around the mall, I noticed two people looking at something they wanted to buy. As I wandered, I accidentally bumped into someone. "I'm really sorry, miss," I said. The person, a girl judging by her familiar voice, made my heart race faster than usual.
"Oh, it's you, Rosé," Jisoo said to me. "Yeah," I replied. "I'm really sorry I bumped into you," she said. "It's fine," I assured her. "Are you with anyone?" I asked. "Yeah, actually. Irene was with me, but her dad called, so she had to leave," she explained.
"Oh," I said. "And you?" she asked back. "I'm with Lisa and Jennie, but they went to buy something. They'll be back any minute now," I told her. "So, what are you doing here, by the way?" I asked. "I'm just looking for a gift for my boyfriend," she said with a smile. "Oh," I said, smiling a little.
"Yow, Rosé!" Lisa shouted from a distance, with Jennie waving beside her. I waved back as they ran toward me. "Oh, hi, Jisoo," Jennie greeted. "Hi, Jen and Lisa," Jisoo replied with a smile, and they smiled back.
"So, what are you doing here, Jisoo?" Lisa asked. "Just buying something," Jisoo answered. Lisa nodded, making an "O" shape with her lips. "Can we eat now?" Jennie whined. "Yeah, let's eat," Lisa pouted. "Okay, let's go," I said. "Aren't you coming with us, Jisoo?" I asked. "Coming!" she said, smiling widely as she caught up with us.
Jisoo's POV.
We're at the restaurant, eating and starting to order our food. I glance at the girl taking our order, and she's staring at Rosé nonstop. I feel annoyed at the way she's just staring at Rosé. When the girl notices me looking at her, she seems scared and quickly excuses herself after taking our order.
"Yo, Rosé, she's into you," Lisa says to Rosé, pointing at the girl. I feel even more annoyed. "What? Hahaha, I didn't notice," Rosé replies, laughing. "What do you mean you didn't notice? She was staring at you the whole time we came in!" Jennie adds. That girl was staring at Rosé even from the moment we arrived. "Really? Hahaha, I still didn't notice, but she's cute," Rosé says.
She said "cute," and I feel a pang in my heart because of it. Why am I feeling like this? Is this even normal? I snap back to reality when Lisa calls me. "Jisoo, you know it, right? That girl was staring at Rosé, wasn't she?" Lisa asks, pointing at the girl. "Yeah, she did," I reply. "Oh, here's our order," Jennie says as the food arrives. I just shrug off what I'm feeling and eat.
I glance at Rosé as she eats. She looks so adorable with her chubby cheeks munching on the food. Hahaha, so cute. I want to pinch them so badly, I think to myself.
