So this probably isn't what you had in mind @literallystfurn but I kind of just started writing and this is what happened. It's more just backstory to the relationship. Hope you like it anyway!
The story is set up in flashbacks/memories then present moments.
You walked the halls of the school not really looking at anyone, just head down trying to make it to class on time. But every now and then something would catch your eye. Well more like someone. You watched him walk past with his small group of friends and you felt jealous.
Your older brother was Henry Bowers so no one ever even came near you. Scared you were just as bad as your brother. The only "friends" you have are the same friends Henry has. Now you don't mind them but they're not the kind of friends you would have picked on your own.
If you could pick any person to hang out with it'd be the one person you swore you wouldn't hang out with, Bill Denbrough. Henry had made you swear to never even talk to the kid and because of Henry's bullying you knew he'd never want to talk to you anyway. But that's what made you want to so bad. You wanted to go up to him and tell him you were so sorry for the way Henry treated him and his friends. You wanted to prove to him that you were nothing like your brother and his friends.
"Hey Henry Jr! Move some ass or you'll be late." Patrick called snapping you out of your thoughts. You gave him a nod before picking up the pace.
----------------------
You smiled fondly at the memory of the crowed hallways, you looked to Bill who wasn't to far behind you. After you had reconnected in front of the Neilbolt house you had decided to go on a walk around town together to see if memories would come back.
"This is where I first took an interest in you." You said and smiled at him.
"Really?" He asked but he had a smile on his face.
"Oh yeah. Seeing you in your little click of losers, I wanted to talk to you so bad."
"Why didn't you?"
----------------------
Class ended and lunch period began. Having no other friends you always sat with your brother. But you always ended up staring at the losers club. Wishing you were over there cracking jokes with them. But the only time you ever talked to any of them was in the few classes you shared.
You were desk buddies with Richie in math and learned that he constantly spits out mom jokes and even though you pretend to hate it, secretly you found them really funny. You never got any chances to talk to Eddie other than one time when you ran into him at the nurses office, but that was a really awkward conversation. Stan is in your science class but on the other side of the room so you've never really talked. And then there's Bill, he's in your gym. The class where you have to exercise and get sweaty then change in locker rooms. Many gay kids worst nightmare.
"What you staring at?" Henry asked and you turned your attention to him.
"That loser just dropped his lunch on the floor." You said and pointed to Richie who had in fact dropped his sandwich on the floor.
Henry laughed and went back to eating. You did to.
After lunch you had math. You had a hate love relationship with that class. You hate math with a burning passion and yet it was the only class you got to talk to one of Bill's friends so you had to tolerate it.
"Hey." You said as you sat down at your seat next to Richie.
"Whattup?" He responded.
"Saw you drop your lunch loser." You said back.
