It is six in the evening now and I am sat alone here in my dark office. I decided to keep the lights shut off for now since it gives me more comfort to think properly. The events that happened today were not supposed to happen.

Well the Goddess Luna was not planning to show herself to everyone. Let alone threaten every living Elder on the face of the planet. But then come to think of it; it's just about time that they learn their lesson the hard way.

I didn't tell everyone what I saw while my mother used my body as a means to communicate. Heck I don’t even know what to think of all those sacrifices that the Elders did just to become what they are now.

However there are some Elders who are pure at heart. Just like one of the female Elders I now have under my protection. Her whole family were slaughtered by rogues when she was at school during her junior year in high-school.

As a result of fear and loneliness she tried to kill herself. But of course Luna never failed to watch over us. So before death consumes her Luna appeared before her and offered her to become one of the few Elders that are loyal to her. And in return Luna will allow her to be with her family during a full moon every month.

She agreed to live life on earth without her family because of Luna's offer. I don't really know why but I guess I'll never know unless I ask her. The only question now is if there are others more like her that are still alive. The Elders are known to be immortal but there are ways to strip them off of their immortality. And that's a brutal deed to do.

Two short but strong knocks resonate inside the quiet room. I'm too busy thinking that I was not able to feel that there are people on the other side of my door. But even if I do not use my other senses I'm sure that the people on the other side will be Rouge and the others together with the prisoner.

So I stood up headed for the door and opened it without turning on the lights. "Whoa! You've been there by yourself with the lights off?" Rouge asked in shock. They don't normally see me do stuffs like this so I understand their curiosity.

Nodding, I moved to the side to let them in. And as expected, Rouge came in first and turned on the lights. "Now that's much more like it." She huffed sitting on one of the couches. Once everyone's inside, I closed the door and locked it. As I was walking towards my chair, I ruffled Rouge's hair is if petting her which earned me a silent whimper.

"You always knew what that means eh?" I ask with a grin. This however earned a low growl from Sam letting me know that she is ready to protect her mate at any cost. "Chill babe. It's okay." Rouge decided not to disclose any more information but I decided to explain myself to Sam.

"I'm sorry Sam. I believe this is the first time you saw me do that to Rouge. See, that is my way of telling her that she did something that I didn't like and for her not to do it again." I am a few months older than Rouge and a lot dominant than her so I found out how to use these on her at an early age. This is a secret that only the two of us together with Meg know.

"It's just about time that you show to them how you manage to keep me behaved eh?" Rouge asks with a hint of irritation; that didn't go unnoticed by me. "No Rouge. I just need to explain to Sam, your mate and also one of my best friends, why you got scared with that simple gesture."

With my words made them all go quiet allowing me to feel the tension and the growing smell of fear. Then it hit me when the figure besides Rouge looks as if she is about to piss herself right there. "I am so sorry for my behavior." I started off looking at her direction. "Rouge you knee well what you did that didn't pleased me at the moment right?" I asked Rouge straight forwardly when none of them talked.

Rouge with an apologetic look raised her gaze to me and nodded. "Then I expect you to do some explaining later to Sam?" My question was not at any manner controlling or ordering her to do so. Rather it is delivered in a manner where you’re in your best friend is pushing you to tell the truth with your girlfriend or boyfriend kind of way. Rouge once again nodded in acceptance of defeat which actually made me smile.

"You're always such a brat." I teased Rouge making her perk up together with her change of mood. "Says the biggest brat ever on the face of the planet." She scuffed which made everyone inside laugh. Well except from our visitor who looks pretty out of it trying to figure out what the heck just happened.

"It's normal. I mean I know you are currently confused as to why we are like this but it is normal. And I guess it's just the right time to continue on with the reason why you are here." I spoke directing my words to her making everyone's gaze land on her. When she noticed this she lifted her gaze from thinking at her hands then looked at me.

"I-i.. Sorry?" She stumbled at her words showing what kind of wolf she is. "You know, I have just realized that we do not know your name." I spoke disregarding her question. "I.. My name is Acacia. " Her name caught my attention. Surprisingly I knew who she is and who her father is by hearing my father talk about their pack before.

"Well it is a pleasure to meet you Acacia. I am S-" But i was not able to finish introducing myself. "Skylar Stark. The only daughter of Alpha Stark. And now the Alpha of the Crescent Moon pack, which no one had ever seen in person." She spoke her gaze fixated on me.

"Until now. Correct?" Sam decided to speak her mind. "Yes, correct Sam." By her knowing who I am is quite fine with me because my father is known. But her knowing who Sam is caught my curiosity and not so surprisingly even the others looked confused. "I guess introductions aren't needed?"  Asked gaining her attention.

"Y-yes." She stuttered confirming my assumptions. "Does everyone know who we are, Alpha?" Within seconds all of them are giving me a look as if I had grown a second head. But the look on Acacia's face confirmed everything. "You know I was born and trained to be Alpha. I apologize for not noticing immediately. And I admit, your father is smart to pass on the Alpha command to you before the war started."

Her eyes grew wider like a deer caught in head lights. Then her lips moved as if she's trying to say something but no words came out. "Would you like us to leave?" Rea asked sensing the uneasiness vibrating out of Acacia. I shook my head no and stood up out of my seat as Alpha.

"I would like you all to stay here and know who Acacia is." I finally stated leaning on the mahogany table. "Please answer the question Alpha." Once again I directed the attention to her. "Y-yes. E-everyone knew w-who are your chosen officials for your pack." She spoke, stuttering once in awhile but managed to stay calm in the end.

"So you really are the Alpha?" Rea asked still confused as I kept on using the term Alpha to address Acacia. "Yes she is the Alpha." Rouge spoke looking at Acacia. "That's the reason why everyone from their pack became more aggressive when she came forward to protect her father from Sky. They were ready to attack if Sky chooses to hurt her."

"Observation one of the best skills Rouge has to offer the pack. And also one of the few reasons why she is one of the best Beta an Alpha may ask for. Just to add on those information that you have." I being boastful at this kind of occasion just add pride to my pack. Well they practically deserve every ounce of pride I send their way because they are the best.

"You are not what I was expecting." Acacia spoke now without any hint of the submissive wolf that she is. "Finally!" I sigh happy that finally she felt at ease. "You know your father will thank me for this." My sentence caught all her attention now if she hasn’t given it all to me earlier.

"What do you mean Alpha?" She asks now curious as to why I said such things. "First you must learn how to make friends and know who to trust." I started off knowing well enough what I should do base on experience. "I know what you're trying to do." Rea spoke gaining my attention. I raised one of my eyebrows while looking at her allowing her to know I'm interested to what she has to say.

"You are lucky Alpha Acacia. My brother used to be the biggest submissive werewolf I've known ever to exist. But that changed when we were called by our Alpha. She helped him changed for the better. And now he is the best trained Omega known to our kind." Rea's words praised me so much that it felt too much.

"That's too much Rea. You speak too highly of me. And I thank you for it, but I would like to ask you to not speak of me that way again." My words gave way to what is truly inside me as I almost choke with the overwhelming feeling of happiness. "Humble, kind, brave and intelligent. Qualities that none of the current Alphas have.

But then again you are no ordinary Alpha as you are rumored the reincarnation of the goddess Luna." She seems so sure of herself now that submissiveness had been set aside. But instead of correcting her and informing her of who I really am, I remained clueless.

"Oh! That I'm sure off is total bull." I acted as if not believing this hearsay of me being my mother's reincarnation. "Huh. Well you're father was the greatest Alpha I have ever known. And now seeing you in person is such a great honor. For my opinion, you are to compare to his greatness. Just do not tell my father I told you so."

I smiled and nodded agreeing to her request then walked towards her. I stopped right in front of her and stretched my hand. "I hope we could be friends now even if we're in the middle of a war." I spoke waiting for her hand to reach out. She smiled and stood up not returning my gesture.  Instead she surprised me by engulfing me in a tight embrace.

"I would love to be your friend Alpha." She spoke with her head on my shoulder and arms still clutched around me. "Sky, call me Sky." I corrected her once we've let go. "Okay. Sky it is then." She agreed with s huge smile plastered on her face. "Now since that's over. I would like you to tell me everything that happened to your pack since the war broke out."

It was a quick shift from being friendly to businesslike but we need to gather information as soon as possible so it has to be done. She looked confused at first but then when she saw the seriousness in me she gestured for me to sit. I complied and once everyone is settled she started her story.

She went ahead and told us that the Alpha command was transferred to her after the last Alpha gathering where all Alphas had talked about a letter warning them of a war. Not all Alpha believed the letter that was sent to them, not even her father. So it surprised her when her father started training her how to fight and survive.

A week after her training the Alpha command was transferred to her thus making her the Alpha of their pack. Little did they know that the war had already started giving them little time to adjust and train. But one good thing about it is her father somehow believed the information I sent them. And this is what had saved them from sure death.

She informed us that they had survived numerous rogue attacks because of their number and strength. However far too many had fallen on every attacks as some joined the dark force. This continued until a week ago wherein they were attacked in the middle of the night.

Since the attack was unexpected only a few of them managed to flee and survive using secret passages to safety. She started crying the moment when the memories started flooding her mind. She felt useless for being the first person to go through their escape route.

She was not allowed to look back rather her father kept on pushing her to go forward. He even carried her once in a while just for the fear of losing his only child. They roamed and covered their tracks while staying on abandoned buildings at night just to rest or sleep.

That is until the other night when rogues caught up to them and chased them in to the woods. They survived the chase and were able to kill some of the rogues but they were all weak so they decided to rest. Little did they know that they had already entered our pack land unnoticed.

I was surprised at first but then remembered that I let my guard down that day so I kept quiet. She then informed me how the smell of food woke them all up from their sleep. When they followed the smell they all saw the party that we're currently having.

She told me how her father and other pack members became angry at how complacent we were, knowing that we're in the middle of a war. That's how they devised a plan to scare us take the land and keep us prisoners. Little did they know that they'll meet the known Crescent Moon pack and it's infamous Alpha.

"Do you know who sent the letter to all the Alphas? It was me who sent it. But most of them disregarded my plea for them to accept me as an equal Alpha. Because my reputation spoke for my before I even had the chance to explain myself. I was not able to give them all the information we have regarding the upcoming war.

With no alliance and nowhere else to turn to in case of emergencies I was forced to make drastic measures. And since no one knew about this place I made sure that it's the most secure place for us to stay while we train. That day when you all came was the first time that I ever let my guard down."

"And unexpectedly it got ruined." Rouge butted in, her words laced with irritation. "Rouge what's done is done. Let it go already. Besides we'll have more time for fun after we win this war." I'm not really sure if we will survive the war. But they need to at least have something to hold on to and that is what I'll keep on doing until I too will learn to believe that we will survive.

"So what are you planning now? Taking me here and asking questions wont help you nor the people outside of this woods." As minutes pass Acacia learns how to set aside her submissiveness which made me smile. "Well, since I actually had all the information I needed. Its time to make your father to have a different perspective on things especially about how he sees me.

My reputation as a bratt who always relay on her father's power and position needs to be erased. I need to let him know that that girl died years ago when her hero, her idol, her father died trying to save her life." I wasn't planning on going further with my words. But I guess emotions sometimes really do slip up if they get to be bottled up for too long.

"I'm sorry Sky. I really do. But what plan do you even have to erase all that from everyone's minds." The answer to the question is just as simple as picking out rotten tomatoes from the good ones. Walking to stand in front of her I stopped and lowered down to her eye level and locked gaze with her.

"First I will show your father that I can make you a dominant wolf in three days. And while on that I will show him the real me. The Alpha that my father trained me to be and the strongest werewolf that my mother Luna had trained me to be. So yes, just to clear things out. I am not her reincarnation; rather I am one of her daughters."

The fact that I have told her that I can make her a dominant wolf did not really shock her. Rather what caught her attention more is the fact that I have revealed to her a truth that only me and my pack know. "Yes Acacia, I have given my trust on you to not tell everyone about the truth. In the small period of time that you have spent here inside my office I have seen what is inside you."

"But how can you be so sure?" Acacia spoke so suddenly that everyone got shocked at the rise of her voice. I grinned at that seeing that it would be a lot easier to permanently remove that submissive side of her. "Because I know that you have found and lost your mate during the war but decided not to tell your father. Because he’s the one who killed him."

I heard a gasp from my right then silence filled the room once again. "Please do not put pity on me. Besides he tried to kill me because he is one of the rogues that attacked us." This time my respect for this girl grew ten folds. For a submissive werewolf to survive almost being killed by her mate and then seeing her father kill her so called mate is a great test to survive.

"I would like your alliance and friendship Acacia. In this kind of situation I don't think that I will ever be given an opportunity to meet someone like you. Well I never have imagined meeting amazing people this past year but I did. And now I have them all by my side as my officials.

But you are a rare jewel. I would like your friendship and loyalty as I will give you mine not as one of my pack members or officials. But I want you to be the Alpha that no one ever thought you'll become."

She looked at me with interest as she tries to search for deeper meaning as why I said such words with little time of knowing her. "Why?" She asked still sizing me up. I smiled then walking towards the door and opening it. "Guys please leave us for awhile." And without a word everyone left as requested. I closed the door and locked it before facing Acacia again.

"First tell me why you accepted the Alpha command without second thoughts." I spoke walking towards the couch in front of her. She fell silent looking at her hands that are fidgeting with the hem of her jacket sleeve. "Why.... Why do you have all these questions? Wh-what do you gain from this?" She raised her head with her gaze accusing and her brows furrowed.

"This is for your own good not mine. All I'll gain is a new friend and someone to relay on after all this mess." My answer is straight to the point and precise. And when she didn't speak i continued to open up. "I never really wanted to be an Alpha. Let alone the Alpha that was prophesied to save not only werewolf kind even the human kind.

All i wanted is to live a peaceful life, be a normal werewolf but it was never given to me. My childhood revolved around school, training for fights, learning Alpha duties and doing what is right. That's the reason why at the end of the day I rebelled thus my reputation. A good for nothing pup who always runs to her Alpha dad for help if she gets in to trouble."

It is the first time I spoke about this to someone besides from Meg. I didn't even told Dani about this yet but it was easy for me to tell Acacia whom I have just met. "My dad. After that day off the Alpha meeting, when he got home, locked himself inside his office for days." Acacia started to tell her story as I was caught thinking of why I've easily opened up to her.

"I tried everything to make him go out and talk with me just like always. But then on the fifth day of trying to persuade him to get out of the office; He pinned me to the wall and without second thoughts bit on my arm thus transferring the Alpha command on me. Everyone knew because they felt the change of authority and ran to the office thinking that I did something to him. This by the way will never happen because as you have noticed I’m a submissive. Not only just a werewolf but also as a human.

I had no choice I was not trained to be an Alpha. So when the rest of our pack got angry thinking that I persuaded him to transfer the Alpha command on me. He fought every single one of them but he was weak from not feeding in a week’s time and the fact that he had transferred most of his powers in me. I resulted to shouting at them all to stop thus making me use the new power that I have just gained. No one can disobey me because I am their current Alpha.

Dad was proud of course because it was easy for me to use the Alpha command. But I was not happy at all. I was furious putting him on the spot asking, demanding him to explain himself not just to me but to everyone. That’s the time that he told us all about the letter that you have sent and what happened on their meeting.

My first course of action then was to know who you are and the members of the unknown Crescent Moon pack. And the second was to feed my father and give the Alpha command back to him. But he disagreed telling me that it will save me on the upcoming war. I never took him seriously until he started teaching me how to fight and become an Alpha.

He then also started training everyone. He is no longer the Alpha but everyone still respected him as the Alpha so they followed his orders. But war broke loose cutting our preparation short and here we are caught prisoners to the pack that everyone thought was a joke."

Acacia continued to tell her story while wearing a blank expression. When I took a look at her eyes they were blank looking out in to nothingness as if she's there physically but not her soul. She is reliving the memories as she told me the story of how there got to this situation.

I stood up walked towards her and sat on the couch beside her. "Now that we have those out of the way can we be friends now?" I'm hopeful waiting for her answer patiently. I finally found someone who would be my friend and at the same time won’t be a part of my pack. Plus she is an Alpha as well as I am. I could use a good helping hand once in awhile with the same status.

Acacia didn't spoke but then shocked me by engulfing me with a welcoming hug as if it's the first time she ever hugged someone besides her parents. "I never had a sibling let alone a sister that I have always wanted to have. And I never had a real friend who liked me for being me. So I hope you could be both starting from now on."

Her words warmed my heart so much that it brought a huge smile tug the sides of my lips. "It's strange actually how I had felt a strong connection with you but I don't question it at all. I may have all my closest friends with me here but I can't always relay on them or disclose everything to them because I am still their Alpha. But now that you've arrived I'll promise to always be there for you."

I returned her embrace and we held on to each other for a couple more seconds before we parted. And when we did let go of each other I told her what we need to do in order to remove her submissiveness. She agreed to the terms I gave her as long as she improves in a short period of time.

Here we are now at the south wing of the underground facility. Most of the underground facility consists of bunkers aside from the large training room we had been using. And here on the south wing is where we had converted some bunkers into more classy prison cells.

It's funny how prisoners could be in a comfortable place where in others are out there living on caves and abandoned buildings just to keep their lives. But then again this pack will be better than they were once I'm done training Acacia. I could see it in her, she just need the proper training and motivation.

"What have you done to my daughter?!" Alpha Woods shouted trying to get his hands free from the shackles that are connected to the wall. "Did you get anything from him?" I asked my Councils while keeping my gaze at the former Alpha.

"Nothing. He only kept on burning holes at the floor." Council Victoria spoke in behalf of the rest. "Hmm. Just I had expected." I spoke with a grin tugging at the tip of my lips. "You bitch!" He growled which surprisingly made Acacia growl back at him. The surprised expression on his face made me smile in victory.

"What have you done to make my own child growl at me like that?" He asks as his eyes took in how the submissive daughter, he once had, stood up to him. "She did nothing papa. But you need to give respect to an Alpha." Acacia's voice is sweet but firm showing the respect that she still have towards her father and the authority that she now has.

The rest of her pack members had curious mixed with proud expressions. I know how it feels to see such great improvement in a short period of time so I understand them. I'm quite proud of Acacia myself because she is changing for the better and fast.

"Look. I know the truth. I also had talked to Alpha Acacia here and we had come to an agreement. Please listen to her. She's far better than you thought she is." After my short speech I gave Acacia the keys to unlock the doors where her pack members are and for her father's shackles.

Then I asked everyone to follow me out to give them privacy. At first my Council didn't agree with my decision. But a single look made all their mind change, agreeing to follow me out without a word. This could have made me laugh but given the circumstances I held it in.

Once we got out and closed the door behind us a loving hand of a mother took hold of my right arm. By the way it feels I already knew who it is. "Yes mom?" I asked using the sweetest voice none had ever heard. "Don't you dare use that tone on me Skylar." She scolds as if we're on an argument and my voice had suddenly risen.

"Do they really talk like that?" I heard Council Victoria ask. "Guess you both need to know that when this pack was formed Skylar, Meg and Rouge started calling us mom and dad. We had been like a family ever since." Council Patrick spoke in amusement with his eyes glittering in delight.

"Yeah and you two left us with the twins to take in." Max's dad spoke in mock hurt as if he was not happy to take on the twins under his care. But a hand collided with the back of his head. "As if you don't spoil them." His wife spoke making us all laugh at their childish antics.
