Chapter 8

Danita's POV 

It's Saturday and I'm awake this early. Yeah it's already 9 am but it's a Saturday. Everyone would like to sleep in some more on a Saturday; heck, everyone would do it the whole weekend. But no, my parents decided to wake me and Amber this early because we need to eat breakfast.  

'Your parents suck big time.' Amber sheepishly murmurs while we're on our way to the dinning room. grinning at her I slap her on her arm and told her to keep quiet or they wont let her have another sleepover at our house for the rest of the month which is 3 weeks more.  

Receiving a return slap from her, I yelled in pain because she slapped me on my but. Then she run straight to the table and got seated next to my mom. Giving her a dirty look I sat on the seat on the other side of the table.  

"You know girls, both of you should start to grow up. Running on the stairs really?" my mom sarcastically says while handing me the jar of Orange juice. 

'I'm sorry mom. Wont happen again I promise.' I said while looking at Amber like I'm shooting her daggers. 'Yeah. We promise aunt Becca.' She said with a scared look on her face. Yes, she knows when she needs not to mess with me. Haha my poor bestie. 

We had our breakfast and went back to my room. Amber and I decided to do our usual routine so I took a shower first then Amber. When we're both done and ready to go I took my car keys, my wallet, my cell phone charger and my assignments. On our way out I told my parents that we'll do our usual and kissed them goodbye. 

As planned we drove off, first stop is at McDonalds'. Going to drive trough we ordered two quarter pounder meals with upsize of fries and drinks. Yeah that will be our lunch for the day and if we get hungry again we'll just go back to town. After receiving our orders I drove off straight to the park entrance. 

Yes, this is our day typically runs every weekend. And so what if we're spoiled, we do work hard for it. By working hard, I mean big time. A's on all subjects plus never to say no to dad when ever he wants me to com with him on any trip and winning the archery match in Scotland. Yeah, I said that right. Dad saw this archery match accidentally when we were in Scotland and he wanted the trophy, so I joined and won him it for him. 

Ahh. Those were the days that I don't need to worry about life. After a few minutes of driving off road, we turned left to one of the biggest trees on the forest and parked a few meters from our tree house. Getting off of my red Hummer H3 Alpha (see the picture of Danita's Hummer -->) I took all my stuffs and climbed to the top with Amber on my tail. 

'Hey Dani! You know what?! Your ass looks good, are you working out?' Amber being the way she is, shouts loud and clear. Turning red, I said 'Yes I do work out. But stop checking on me. I'm not one of your dolls Amber.' 'woah! Chill girlfriend. I'm just admiring one of god's work of art.' 

Getting a little bit awkward I continued to climb until I reach the door, went in and got settled on the bean bag near the window. Amber got in after me and stood right infront of me. Giving me a smirk she said with the most seductive voice that she have 'what the hell Dani? Why be like that now? It isn't like we haven't done it before. Don't you even miss it?' 

And that made me burst out laughing and said. 'Amber, we've talk about this. We may have done such things but we have agreed not to anymore. So please stop it. Your girlfriends won't like you sleeping with the bff.' Yeah so we have done it before but that was over now. We were young experimenting that's all there is to it. 

Looking at Amber I can see that she is trying to keep a straight face. But I know she is about to burst out laughing as well so I said, pretending to have calmed myself 'so are you just going to stand there or are we going to play?' With my words that served as a cue she started to laugh out loud like there is no tomorrow. 

Right after we have laughed our hearts out suddenly I heard my stomach grumble. 'Well that's our signal to eat.' Amber said with a little bit of sarcasm on her voice. And since I was the one who took out food inside the tree house, I took the hamburger from the paper bag on the floor and threw it at her. But she caught it easily so I was about to take the fries too but then she was immediately on my ear shouting don't I dare do it. Well, being me I took a couple pieces and shoved it on her mouth. 

Sky's POV 

The anger I felt was overcome with peace I thought this place was enchanting. Well in a way, yes it is. The water is very tempting in everyway possible. Knowing that I am all alone in this part of the woods, I decided to have a swim. After removing my shoes I walked closer to the water and check if the temperature, yeah I'm a werewolf and our body temperature is higher than normal but it doesn't mean that we don't get cold so yeah I need to know if I can handle the waters temperature. 

After knowing that I can handle the cold water I started to strip my clothes starting with my black shirt dropping it on top of my shoes I started to unbutton my skinny jeans and drop it on tom of my shirt. I then did the same with my bra but I won't take off my undies, just in case. 

Walking further in to the water, at first it was cold but when my body got used to the cold I swam towards the running water coming from the water falls above. I enjoyed my time swimming letting my body let go of the stress for the time being. And when I grew tired, I retired and got my clothes back on.  

I am laying down on the grass near a large tree to cover myself from the sun's heat when thought of my wolf. Yes, the reason why I'm here is because of her and me. I am so angry at myself that I run off out of the house in the woods and here I am not knowing what to do. I need to say sorry to Meg when I get back home. But first I will need to deal with this. There got to be a reason why I was brought to this place. 

I don't know for how long I have been thinking but I suddenly felt sleepy. I have ignored it for a few minutes or I thought it was but then my eyelids suddenly became so heavy. So while thinking deep of what I need to do in order to have my self back I fell asleep and dreamt. 

*sky's dream* 

I was still laying on the ground still thinking of what is needed to be done when I felt like I'm no longer alone. Then out of the blue I heard this voice that made me volt up right. 

'You will need to accept things the way they are, then maybe you wont have this problem anymore.' 

'What?! Who are you?! And where the hell are you? Show your self!' 

'Oh you are hurting my feelings. I'm sure you know who I am. Think and if you got it right I shall show myself.' 

I thought for a while long and hard. I know who it is, her voice is familiar. But I just couldn't get my hands in to it. And then it hit me. 

'You. You are me? My wolf. But how is it possible that I can feel you as a different person?' 

'It's because I'm talking to you inside your head. We are on your dream and we need to talk to straighten things out.' 

'You've got to be kidding me. I might be losing my mind.' 

Then I heard a branch broke on my left and when I turn to see, there standing before me is a wolf, white as snow with this bright blue eyes. 

'Now do you believe me? Please we need to fix this or you might also lose your sister, our sister the way you lost our parents' 

Thinking for a few moments, I nodded my agreement to her wish. And said 'I guess it's just about time huh? Come here, sit beside me.'

End of chapter 8. I guess I'm taking things slow. This will be a long process. More scenes from individual characters and I hope not to rush on things. So I hope everyone will still read my story and if not, I'll still write and finish this book. But still, thank you so much for everyone who's reading :)
