"Skylar" someone calls out my name. But it's pretty dark here. "Skylar" the voice is a little bit louder now. Making my mind I run towards the direction where I think the voice is coming from. While running i told myself, I will not be hearing my name be called the third time.

After a few miles I see movement not more than 10 feet away. I stop and froze on the spot when I heard two voices arguing. One is a man and the other a woman. Then suddenly my heart starts to pump fast; the voice, these voices I hear are very familiar.

Deciding to check if who I think this people are is correct. I ran towards them as fast as I could then stop right after the opening in front of my found paradise on the woods a few days ago.

My eyes might be deceiving me or I might be out of my mind. I can't believe this but I'm actually seeing my parents, both of them standing there having an argument. Arguing? Woah. Wait, my parents never argued. Who are this two in front of me?

"We are your parents Sky. Now please keep quiet for a while, while we sort this thing out" my mom said but not facing me.

But the weird thing here is I didn't even spoke. So why would she tell me to shut up? And why are they here? I know they are dead for almost a year now, but why am I seeing them now? Why now, when I have already moved on?

"Well sweetheart that's actually the reason why we're here now. And yes, we totally heard you. You know you can never keep secrets from us right?" My dad says. Funny, he is always that way. Too kind but you hear, see and feel the authority in him

With total lost of words, I just stared back at them. I didn't spoke, I just examined them taking in how they look at this moment. They actually look so young as if they were not the people they used to be. And to top it all, it's as if that night never happened.

Feeling a little bit weak from all the running I just did, I decided to sit on the ground bringing my legs closer to my body hugging them and rested my head on my knees. Closing my eyes for a while, I felt two warm hands wrap around me and it suddenly became so quiet.

"Are you okay kiddo?" My dad's voice came first. "We know what you've been through this past months and we're sorry." Mom spoke when I decided not to answer dad's question.

Opening my eyes I could see my mom hugging me. Yet I am surprised not being able to smell her sweet scent. Frowning I lifted my head to have another look at them. My eye sight was a bit blurry at first but when my eyes adjusted to the scene all I could do is Smile

Letting go of myself, I moved closer to my mom and hugged her tighter than I should. But mom didn't mind, she just stayed there and continued to hug me. I am so happy to fell her embrace once again. And I never really knew how I've missed her so much, not until now.

"I miss you so much mom." I said and hugged a lot tighter. "I miss you to my little warrior. But you got to let go of mommy because you've gotten stronger this past few days." She said with a chuckle. I decided to give her one more squeeze then let go of her and said sorry. Mom just gave me a sad smile and turned to look at my dad who was eyeing me with too much concern.

"I miss you too Alpha." I said staring at him then giving a sly smile. My dad gave a sad smile, walked towards us and sat beside me. "Now you know that I'm no longer Alpha right?" Dad ask me sounding a little sad. I nodded and told him that he will always be an Alpha for me, which actually brought a smile in his eyes.

For a moment I really thought that this will be forever, that I won't be losing them again. But I guess that's something that the world may never give back. Because this time, dad turned back to being serious and asked me. "Do you know why we've come to you?" I turned to look at mom and answered "no, but I wish this is not just a dream."
