Days go by as they travel from town to town, spreading word about the unlimited supply of goblins around Lyugo and the easy work they bring with them.
The heroes split up into three teams, each following one of the major paths leading out of Lyugo: one went north, one went west and one went southeast
As per plan, the teams finish up their routes within two weeks and start heading back to Lyugo. In fact, one of the three teams was just about to reach that very town...
"Man...We're completely broke." Eita complains as he checks his pouch.
"Our goal was to visit as many nearby towns as possible as quickly as possible. We certainly couldn't make any money by doing that." Says Ivan while strolling down the dirt path.
Well...I also spent a huge amount of our budget pretending to be super rich from hunting goblins in Lyugo. Paying for all those drinks in taverns while acting all happy and cheerful about it was difficult, but sacrifices had to be made for the greater marketing campaign...
Eita sighs. "Guess you're right..."
"I'm always right." Adds Ivan.
At that moment, Ivan and Eita notice a party of eight adventurers coming their way. The group doesn't seem hostile as its members cheerfully talk among themselves, not paying any attention to the two hooded men that were in front of them.
As the party got closer, a couple of the adventurers finally turn their gaze to Ivan and Eita.
"Merry hunting!" Shouts one of them cheerfully before turning his attention to his comrades yet again.
"Uhm...thanks, you too." Ivan utters in confusion as he and Eita turn to the strange party who kept walking.
"...What was that?" Eita asks in confusion.
Ivan shrugs.
"We've seen weirder people the past few days." He says.

The two continue their walk towards civilization. After another 15 minutes on the road, they finally leave the forest and reach the familiar green plains that surrounded Lyugo.
After not talking for a while Eita, who seemed deep in thought, finally speaks.
"The forest was kind of strange today, don't you think?" He looks over to Ivan.
"The forest is always strange. I'm guessing you're referring to something else, though." Ivan says while looking at the road in front of him, not paying much attention to Eitas words.
"Yeah. I expected the area around the road to be filled with goblins waiting to ambush someone, but it was incredibly quiet. Even more quiet than when we were around to keep them in check." Says Eita.
"That's one way of saying we did a mediocre job." Ivan answers casually
Eita thinks to himself for a moment. "There was also that group of adventurers...They were definitely coming from Lyugo! Do you think those two could be related? Maybe we really did manage to lure avdenturers into Lyugo and they are already dealing with the goblins??" Eita shares his conclusion enthusiastically.
I can't believe Eita pieced that one together all by himself.
"That would explain everything. Guess we'll find out for sure soon enough." Answers Ivan as the two finally close the distance between them and the open gate of the town.
There they find 2 guards. One of them is a large man with a thick blonde mustache, wearing shiny plate armor. He takes a step forwards.
"MERRY HUNTING, ADVENTURERS!" He shouts enthusiatically.
