"I hate you" Noah yelled.
"Well I hate you more" Lily shouted.
"Good, finally something we can agree on".
Lily Blanc looked confused and saw the reactions of the audience looking at them. That was definitely not in the script.
"Well I suppose so"
"CUT! What was that? If you guys don't remember your lines, we are in deep trouble. Mr. Jenkins wants us to do this by the end of the month! SO QUIT IMPROVISING! LEARN YOUR LINES! And where is MY COFFEE?" yelled a girl sitting on a chair that spelled 'DIRECTOR'. It was evident that Janet Mills meant business and was taking things seriously...perhaps a little too seriously.
The two 15 year old students sighed deeply. "If I had known getting the role would mean this....I would just miss the audition and watch a movie" said Noah sitting down on a chair and reading the script a frantic student had given. "This role is a great opportunity...we can't waste it...if we're going to become famous actors, we have to start small" replied Lily. "Small like a movie for our school? It's fun...but Janet is the director...makes me wonder why Mr. Jenkins chose her of all people" Noah said giving her a grin.
"Alright then 'Mr. Good finally something we can agree on'...was that improvisation really necessary?" asked Lily with a cheeky smile on her face. "Hey! Improvisation is key when it comes to acting, it helps you get more auditions. I read that somewhere" Noah defended himself. Julia, one of the makeup artists came along muttering about Janet and started to apply some blush on Lily's cheeks. "Or you forgot your lines, drama queen" muttered Lily. "It's king...I'm a man" he corrected. "A man that still gets excited when he sees sprinkles in the store", Lily snickered. "Sprinkles are a modern need, besides, I don't get excited for everything- Oh thanks Julia" he munched happily on a granola bar.
Brooklyn High was planning on a showcase by the end of month and the students were preparing to show off their school and its talents. The teachers gave them less homework including their Math teacher, Mrs. Logan which the students considered as a major miracle. But their 'free time' was used to make posters and other things they needed for the exhibit. Class 234 was given the task of doing a form of entertainment...and so far things were going great.
