Chapter 35 ~ Jacob's Bad Idea

  "Go inside!" Alice insisted to the newly wedded couple.

"So since they have their own house now does that mean it's just you, me, Jasper, Rose, Emmett, Esme, and Carlisle?" Oriana asked just to confirm.

"Yup! That also means we have an extra room." Alice raised her eyebrows at Oriana giving her the hint.

"Ooo, one door closes another one opens." Oriana smirked at Alice.

Rosalie was taking Renesmee outside to play, more so for Rosalie's enjoyment. The Cullens and Jacob were at their house.

"Wooow, done already?" Emmett smirked at Edward and Bella walking in.

"Where's Renesmee?" Bella asked.

"Rosalie-" Oriana got cut off.

"Blondie stole her." Jacob cut her off.

"Break a lot of stuff?" Emmett asked Bella and Edward.

Jacob turned around and smirked.

"Emmett." Bella tried to give him the signal to just stop talking, "No."

Everyone started to chuckle except Bella.

"Bella you have a very selective humor." Oriana teased.

Suddenly the phone started ringing.

Everyone stayed silent for a few seconds.

"Is that Charlie?....." Bella asked.

"He's been calling twice a day." Edward replied.

"He's in pretty rough shape." Jacob commented.

"I don't really give that much thought to humans but poor guy." Oriana gave her opinion.

"Eventually we'll have to tell him you didn't make it."  Carlisle admitted.

Bella looked really sad, although she didn't show much emotion, but it was enough to tell she was sad.

"He needs to mourn, Bella." Edward told her.

"Okay, we'll do tomorrow." Bella said walking towards Edward.

"I'm gonna miss this place." Emmett said knowing what would happen.

"What? What do you mean? Emmett, what do you mean miss this place?" Oriana asked really fast.

"When something like this happens we have to move somewhere else, settle there. Restart everything from scratch." Emmett replied to her.

"But-" Oriana got cut off by Carlisle.

"We'll come back. We always do." Carlisle assured Oriana.

Oriana looked sad, she couldn't leave Forks. Forks is where everything began, she and Victoria, her meeting the Cullens.

"Hold on, nobody said anything about leaving." Jacob blurted out.

"Once people believe Bella is dead we can't risk anyone seeing her." Carlisle stated.

"So you just disappear?" Jacob asked with worry in his voice.

"Jacob, we don't have another choice." Edward tried to tell him.

Jacob bolted out of the house and left on his motorcycle.

Jacob came back to the house and his news shocked everyone.

"YOU MUTT!" Oriana yelled out punching the wolf.

"What did you expect me to do?!" Jacob yelled holding his jaw.

"NOT F___ING RISK THE EXISTENCE OF IMMORTALS!"

"You don't realize the danger you put him in." Bella explained, "The Volturi will kill anyone who knows about us."

"No, I didn't tell him about you. I only told him about me, just me. I only said you were different."

"And that we have a niece who we adopted." Edward added reading his mind.

"I mean seriously Jake, he's not going to let that go." Bella yelled.

"Did you consider the pain he'll put Bella through?" Edward asked, "It'll he like sticking a white hot branding iron down her throat, and that's assuming she can control her thirst."

"Look, Charlie has been in hell, and I know you'll be much happier with him in your life." Jacob said.

"Jacob, don't try and pretend you're doing this for anyone but yourself." Edward growled at him.

"Sorry you feel that way." Jacob said calmly.

"Oh you'll be sorry." Oriana almost sped up to him until Alice came out and escorted her inside.

"He'll be here in 10 minutes..." Jacob added.

"And you won't be there to see him." Oriana tried to get out of Alice's clutch to go a release her anger on Jacob but she heard a car that was only a few miles away.

".....He's almost here." Oriana warned.
