Ch. 20 pt. 3 The Journey to Return: The Seedot Squad

Adrian slowly woke up. He groaned as he sat up. Back injury? He thought, wincing at a strange pain in his back. He looked around. He was in a small hut seemingly made out of wood and leaves. It was quite warm, and the earthy ground was odd underneath him.

He realized he was still in his pokemon form, which was also odd. He looked around and finally saw a strange group of creatures resting. Each somewhat resembled large acorns. He slowly pulled out his pokedex and held it up.

Seedot. Acorn pokemon. Grass type. When dangling from tree branches, they look just like acorns. They enjoy scaring pokemon this way.

”Seedot, huh?” Adrian said to himself. He stood up and focused. He walked slowly towards the door. ”Shadow Sn- OW!!” Adrian had attempted to fade through the door, but had sadly failed badly.

Yeah I totally wish I had been there. I would have laughed in his face. A lot.

Ok then. Anyway, the loud noise of Adrian colliding with the door awoke the strange creatures. They jumped up and rushed Adrian.

”Are you okay?”

”Are you hurt?”

”Does anything require medical attention?”

”Does anyone around here ever shut up?” Adrian grunted, standing up again.

”Now that you are awake, we wish to extend our gratitude for saving us.”

”I-what?” Adrian turned.

”You saved us from the terrible Golem that lives in this area. Don’t you remember?”

”I, I think so.” Adrian was starting to recall launching attacks at a large rock creature.

”You took a hit in the back and we brought you here. We thank you.”

”No,” Adrian winced, ”thank you. I would rather live in a place where I can find out about where I am than die without knowing where I am.”

”You do not know where you are?”

”Nope. And I ain’t playing 20 questions.”

”You are in the Pokemon World, of course!”

”Wait, what?”
