"Sarah, please be careful! We don't want you falling again like last year's Christmas" I warned my sister as she was putting the angel on top of the Christmas tree
"Yeah, yeah, I know! Now stop talking to me and let me focus!" she carefully placed the angel on the tree while I was supporting the chair she was standing on, then when she was successful, she slowly moved back "Yes! See?! I told you I'd be careful!"
Sarah then got down the chair, we both looked at the decorated Christmas tree and soon came Jackie, we all began admiring the tree "Not too bad" Jackie commented

Christmas Tree
"I know, right? Last year was a disaster!" I stated and Sarah looked with slight offence on her face
"Hey! Last year's Christmas tree wasn't that bad!" Sarah protested and crossed her arms
"You kidding me!? Our Christmas tree was in the colour blue! BLUE, Sarah! Which I don't even know how that happened! But it was complete DISASTER!" I exclaimed
"I have to agree with Aunt (Y/n) here. It looked like a huge Smurf just puked all over it, mom" Jackie pointed out
"Whatever, I didn't think it was that bad" my sister murmured
"Anyway, got any call from our parents, Sarah?" I queried and Sarah shook her head "Not surprised"
"We both know that they're not the biggest at celebrating Christmas"
"They would've at least made the effort of seeing their daughters and grandson" I complained, feeling angry about it. I mean c'mon! Even if they don't want to see me or are still mad at me for not taking the family business, then fine, but did they forgot they had another daughter who has a son!?
They're so selfish!
I then sensed a hand on both of my shoulders, I knew it was my sister "Hey, chill out. Today's not the day to be mad. Today's Christmas Eve for god's sake! And tomorrow is Christmas! We'll worry about this after New Years, okay?" I sighed and calmed myself
"Yeah! You're right! Today's Christmas Eve! I should be enjoying this day!" I yelled out optimistically
"There we go! Now, c'mon, we still cookies to make!"
"YEAH!" me and Jackie both screamed excitedly

As I was putting the differently shaped cookies into a jar and some into a small plastic bag I caught Lady looking at the Christmas tree, I thought it was super adorable so I decided to take a picture "Awwww! So cute! I'm gonna send to Angie"
