It's been a week and (y/n) had found herself a good apartment and a week since she had told Kara about her feelings towards Alex and a few days before Alex's and Maggie's weddings, Alex called (y/n) the other day saying that she needed to come in the afternoon the next day and (y/n) agreed

The next day, (y/n) was just about to leave when she got a call from Kara "Hey, Kara! What's up?"

"Umm, there's some bad news...the wedding...has bee cancelled" Kara informed her and (y/n) was shock to hear the news

"What? Why?"

"Well...Alex and Maggie wanted two different things in life so..."

"Oh...Is Alex okay?" (Y/n) asked as she sat down her back on the couch

"Well, what do you think?...she's pretty upset and she just wanted to be left alone" Kara said on the phone

"Okay...tell me if you or Alex need anything"

"Okay, see you" then Kara hanged up and (y/n) sighed as she sat on her couch, worried for Alex

It's been a few weeks and Kara took Alex back to her mother's house and Alex was so heart broken that she would even eat anything and Kara had enough of it "Alex for the love of Rao! Eat something! You haven't eaten anything for days except for drinking wine!" Kara said almost like yelling

"Can you just leave me be, Kara! Why do you care? Why does everyone care if I'm okay or not?!?" Alex yelled as ships her wine

"Um, okay! First of all I'm your sister even though we're blood related! And secondly, why everyone cares is because we love you, Alex! Including (y/n)!" Kara yelled and might have been a little specific which Alex suspected

"What do you mean including (y/n)?" Alex asked with a confused face

"Umm, it's nothing..." Kara said while trying to keep herself together and not tell Alex the truth

"What are you hiding?" Alex then gave a threatening look and Kara gulped

"Alex...I can't say anything..." And Alex gave her even more of a confused look "It's not my secret to tell, Alex"

It's been three months since Kara little incident with (y/n)'s secret and on that day she quickly called her that day and thankfully (y/n) was a forgiving and quickly forgave knowing that Kara didn't mean any harm

But starting that day (y/n) has been avoiding Alex for the longest time and Alex kept wondering why and also one more thing Alex has moved on with Maggie

(Y/n) is in L-Corp doing her normal job as she starts zoning out and bitting her pen again, (y/n) also does that when ever she is nervous, anxious, scared or if she has a lot of things in her mind and Lena seems to notice that

"A lot of things in your mind?" Lena asked as she leaned in (y/n)'s desk

"What?" (Y/n) asked when looked up at Lena

"When you chew your pen it often means you have a lot of things in your mind"

" I do, actually..." (y/n) sighed

"Penny for you thoughts?"

"I would but...it's a little personal" Lena nodded and told her that if she needed anything she's there and went off
