・✼ Sheba's POV ✼・

As I was was driving to the restaurant I glance at Luella every once in a while, she was looking outside the window with a smile on her face while holding the bouquet of flowers that I bought for her, she seem to love it, she looks absolutely heavenly that I couldn't help myself to take a picture 

"Oh! There it is!" Luella pointed, the restaurant doesn't look too fancy or expensive, it looks like your normal restaurant in your town 

Once I parked the car, we both got out and made our way to the restaurant. I said that I have a reservation for two to one of the people who works there, they checked the list and when they found the reservation they showed us to our table 

"This is a wonderful place" I said after we sat down 

"Isn't it? I worked here once as a part timer of course" she said 

"You come here after school when you used to work here?" she nodded, I was shocked, getting here by car is at least more than 30 minutes drive, if she had taken a bus that'll be an hour, but if she took the train, then it'll be a little less then an 30 minutes, but that's still long, I'm in impress

"Hello, ladies. My name is Daniel and I will be serving you tonight" a very tall and quite charming-looking waiter appeared while still writing something in his mini pad

"Hi, Cody" Luella said

"Hello-" he paused and looked at the girl in front of me "Everlyn! Hi!" he exclaimed, both embracing a hug "I missed you!"

"Oh, I missed you more, Cody!"

"How are you? Sorry, I couldn't keep in touch with you often anymore. Been busy with college and all"

"I'm doing great, now that I've got to see you!"

"Oh, don't flatter me, Lyn!" he waved his hand at her, they look like they're great friends, then he turned to me "Oh, sorry, where my manners? Hi, Daniel Cody" he pulled out his hand 

"Sheba Hart, nice to meet you!" I then shook his hand, he glanced over to Luella with a smirk on his face, then she shot a glare making him chuckle 

"Well, here's your menus and I'll come back in 5 minutes to take your orders" then he left 

"He seems like a great guy" I said

"He is and he can be very cheeky" she laughed, then we start looking in the menu

Our night in the restaurant was fun, Daniel would keep on teasing Luella for some reason every time he comes to our table or walks by us, the food were great and the price wasn't expensive at all, then it comes to paying the meal, we fought for who's going to pay and I won, before I placed down the money, Daniel came in and said that I only have to pay half of the actual price, I was surprised and said that I could pay it all, but he insisted so I gave in and before he left he said "I hope you ladies enjoyed you date"

Date?

Luella slapped him on the arm, then he ran off "Cheeky giraffe" she said under her breath "Ready to go?" she asked 

"Yeah, I'm all set, let's go" then we left the place and began walking to the car 

"Did you enjoy tonight?"

"Yes, did you?"

"Mhm! It was...wonderful spending time with you" she softly said, I looked down and saw that she was fidgeting with her fingers 

How cute!

I then glanced at my wrist watch and saw that it was almost late, it'll be a long journey if I drive at this hour "Hey, Luella"
