(Y/n)'s POV

"(Y/N)!!!" Angie's kids yelled as soon as they saw me in front of the door and straight up hugged me "We missed you so much!" Vivienne exclaimed

"Not as much as I do!" I admitted, then they all pulled away

"Are you going to stay with us for the night?" Shiloh asked

"Hm, I don't really know, I haven't asked your mom yet" I said, Vivienne began pulling my arm, inviting me in their house once more "Where's your mom?" I questioned

"She's in the kitchen making dinne-" Maddox was then interrupted by Knox

"'Trying' would be the right term" Knox corrected making me giggle

"Yeah, she's trying to make dinner"

"Let's hope she doesn't burn the whole house, the last time she was in the kitchen she nearly burnt the kitchen" Shiloh whispered, then we al heard their mother yell from the kitchen

"I heard that!" the kids and I laughed, then made my way to the kitchen where I could smell burning and see she's struggling badly. I got closer to her, when she turned to my side, she turned red and looked away in embarrassment "Oh, I don't think you should be looking at this or even so, be here! It's a disaster!"

"It's nothing too bad. A few burns is fine!" I said, trying to comfort her, then she moved and showed me a full plate filled with burned food, it was almost impossible to distinguished what kind of food they were because of how burnt they were

"Ohhh...Um, maybe I should give it a try, what do you say?" I suggested

"Yes, please! Maybe you could also salvage the pasta" I looked at where Angie was pointing and I saw a pot that was already pass it's boiling

"Oh my goodness!" I quickly went to the stove and turned it off, also letting out a sigh "You're so hopeless in the kitchen" I joked

"I know, I know, but I wanted to make something since you were coming here and the kids tried talking me out of it. However, I didn't listen, I'm sorry" she apologised softly with her head down low, I giggled cause of how cute she is

I walked over to her, wrapped my arms around her neck and gave her kiss on the lips "Don't be sorry, lovely. Maybe cooking isn't your special talent, but you're still great at other things. I could also teach a couple easy tricks and easy meals to make, so that maybe in the near future, you won't have to struggle too much"

Angie smiled and nodded "That would be great and thank you" I grinned and booped her nose before removing my arms off of her neck. I just most of the job of cooking while Angie also helped around the kitchen, only the things she could handle easily

As I was stirring at pasta around with the sauce, Angelina wrapped her arms around my waist "Mm, that smells really nice. I can't thank you enough" she whispered tenderly and kissed my neck, at first it tickled, but she bit me which made me gasp, surprised by her action and afterwards she licked it "Can I get a taste of it?" She question and I nodded, I scooped a little bit of the sauce and let her taste it "Tastes great!"

"Great! And that should be done!"

"Why don't you go grab the kids while I set up the dinner table" she requested

"You sure you can handle it?" I teased and she gently hit me on the arm

"Of course, I can! What's the worse that could happen?" I pursed my lips and shrugged and went off to get the children
