Quill dropped the unconscious Harland on the floor of the ship and secured him in place before letting out a tiering groan "Man, he is one heavy man!" he exclaimed while he stretched his body around
I told them I'm going to take a shower because I feel very dirty from all the mud and all, since the place I was in wasn't very hygienic, not to mention dirt was covering the hem of the dress I was wearing
Then I began to wonder why I was in a gown in the first place as I began taking off my gown in the bathroom to take a shower, I started to scrub all the dirt and mud off my body and so on
After a couple minutes of showering I was finally done, I wrapped a towel around my naked self and another one, covering my shoulder, I took a peek outside the bathroom first before running to my room, the bathroom was quite far from where the other people are, so it was kinda fine walking around in a towel
When I got into my room I removed the towel on my shoulder, just after that Mantis came bursting in my room, screaming "(Y/n)! Can I see your-" then all of a sudden, she tripped on her own foot and she came falling onto me, I held up my hands to her, so that I could catch her but I had forgotten I was holding the towel wrapped around me
I wanted to wrap it around me again, however it was already too late as she had came in crashing to me and I had yelped when my ass had hit the floor, then I heard footsteps coming closer, I wanted to move away fast or grab something to cover me but it was nearly impossible to move because of Mantis on top of me
Shit, shit, shit, shit! They're going to see me naked! For goodness sake, Mantis, MOVE!
Mantis began to move slowly as she looked like she was trying to regain her consciousness "(Y/n), is everything oka-WOAH!" Quill himself off when he saw me in my situation and the others came rushing in too
I try to cover most of my private parts and using Mantis as a shield "Mantis, don't fucking move!" I said to the woman on top me, almost sounding like a warning
"Wow! Nice body there, (Y/n)" Rocket cooed and I glared at him
"I agree, you do have a nice body" Drax added
"GUYS!" I yelled out as my blushing creeps into my cheeks making my face look like a tomato, literally everyone was looking at me, including Nebula! I don't know what is going in her head or what she's thinking as her expression was readable "Can you all leave!?!" Gamora then smacked all the guys on the head
"C'mon! You heard her, let's go!" Mantis was about to get up but I held her down
"No, not yet" I said to her and she didn't move until everyone was out and the door was closed "Okay, close your eyes and get off of me" she did as I said, she pulled away from me with her eyes closed, I stood while keeping an eye on her as I grab the towel and covered myself with it again "Okay, you can open your eyes"
Mantis opened her eyes and looked with puppy "I'm sorry, (Y/n)...I didn't mean to fall on you like that" she apologised and I sighed
"It's okay, I'll give you the gown later when it's washed because it's dirty right now, okay?" I asked and she nodded, then left without a word and I let out another sigh "God, this has been one hell of a day..." I said to myself
I went to my drawer and grabbed something to wear and I chose to wear a pair of black winter stocking, a green sweater and some short

Your Outfit
After I have gotten dressed I made my way to the kitchen because my stomach started to growl very loudly and that was when I found Mantis sitting alone in the dining table, looking down on her lap with a sad expression
I quietly and slowly approached her, placing a hand on her shoulder while calling her out softly "Mantis?" she flinched and quickly looked at me, I frowned when she looked at me with tears and fear in her eyes "Hey, what's wrong?" I asked the same time when I sat down on the chair right beside her
"It's nothing..." she said melancholy
"No, really, what's wrong, Mantis" I asked and this time more determined, she hesitated for a second before saying what was making her sad
"Well...it's just...earlier when I accidentally fell on top of you...I felt what you were feeling...you felt embarrassed...humiliated and ashamed about what happened...and I couldn't help, but to feel sad and...mad at myself for being so clumsy..." my eyes flickered when she told what was bugging her mind
Tears began rolling down her cheeks and took a long sniff to create airway in her nostrils "I know I haven't had enough social communication with people as I am only raised by Ego alone, I don't get jokes sometimes and don't know what other feelings there are cause it was only he and I..."
"Oh Mantis" I spoke mellowy and gently wiped the tears from her cheeks "I'm sorry I made you feel that way, what happened to me happens more often than you might think" I joked and she cracked a little smile "It wasn't your fault, okay? People can be very clumsy sometimes, even I could be clumsy! So, please, don't be sad or angry at yourself because none of this was your fault, get it?"
Mantis nodded, taking another long sniff making me giggle and gently rubbed her arm "Now, you go take some rest because it is getting quite late"
"You're not going to sleep?" she asked and I shook my head
"Not yet, I'm a little hungry, that's why I came out here in the first place, but don't worry, I'll sleep later, so scram!" we both chuckled and sooner or later, she began to make way to her room to sleep
My stomach growled again which made me stand up and look for something to eat, there wasn't much in the fridge, but then I noticed the now ripped Yaro root, I smiled as I remembered when Nebula tried to eat an unripe Yaro root
I took the root and started to peel the skin because I didn't like the skin, then once I'm done peeling it I sliced the root and placed it in a small bowl, grabbed a fork, poked one of the sliced root and putting it in my mouth, I gave a little victory dance when I tasted nothing but pure sweetness from it
Walking out from the kitchen with a bowl on my hand I decided to sit by the huge window that had a clear view of the endless stars, I sat on floor and just admirer the view in front of me, a few minutes went by and everything was going quietly when I heard footsteps coming near me
I looked at the direction where I heard the footsteps, I squinted my eyes because I couldn't see much as it was dark, but the silhouette of the person made it quite obvious who it was "Hi, Nebula" I said before she walked in closer to me, now clearing into my sight of her as she always have the same expression: blunt yet intimidating
