Jung Hoseok aka J-Hope
If Suga was the reason Areum ended up joining Bangtan Sonyeodan then J-hope is the reason she stayed. When feeling down, his smile gave her reason to keep going. His perseverance as a dancer who wasn't supported by his father kept her thinking that she should also keep persevering despite her parents and poverty. There are both like the moon and sun.
J-hope treats Areum like a little sister, making sure she has fun in his childhood while she can. Seeing her light up when he's happy makes him determined to remain happy and smile for her if it means she feels happier. After realising her struggles in dancing and picking up choreography, he would stay back and assist any way he can which only made her admiration for J-Hope rise. Both of them like to play just-dance together, although J-Hope always wins.
Areum was also amazed at the fact that he was able to learn rapping despite not planning to rap and was amazed at how amazing his rapping is. Before their debut, J-Hope left the group to which Areum cried about and went to him with Namjoon to convince him to stay. The whole week after that, Areum stayed with him to make sure he wouldn't leave. Areum believes that J-Hope is an angel sent from heaven because of how bright his smile is. Areum loves his smile and believes it is contagious as she often finds herself smiling right after. Knowing that someone can't stay happy and positive forever, Areum always makes sure to be there for J-Hope when he feels that way, she always listens and tries to comfort him any way possible. As she grew older, Areum realised how being a happy optimistic person can affect the people around you in a positive way, so that's what she tried to become.
