A/N: Zayn's Departure

Hey guys

Sorry this is not an update. I just wanted to talk about the recent heartbreaking news.

So I'm sure you have all heard about Zayn leaving by now, and I can not express how truly heart broken I am about this situation. I came home from work yesterday, still thinking that Zayn was going to come back this weekend and how excited I was for him to come back and be a part of the group again. Then my brother came up to me and asked if I had heard about Zayn leaving One Direction.

Being the sassafras that I am, I rolled my eyes at him and said no Timothy, he's just taking a temporary break. He'll be back this weekend.

But man was I wrong....

I immediately went into my room and looked up on google, Twitter, Facebook, any social media website I could find, and sure enough there it was, management's statement about Zayn leaving the band.

I'm not gonna lie, I did cry. I cried like a baby and I'll admit that because this is difficult for us to deal with. We have been a big, loving, and supportive family for five long years. Throughout those year we have supported the boys in every way that we could've. And now is the time to really help them. They need their family now more than ever before, and we also need each other to lean on, to have a shoulder to cry on because this is hard to deal with.

I'm really sad, and I know we are all going to miss Zayn so very much and One Direction is never ever going to be the same without him, but he needs to follow his heart and start a new journey. Let's support him and his decision. I'm still going to hold onto the little bit of hope that I have that he might come back and be apart of one direction again, but his mental health and happiness is way more important. He needs a rest, to be with his family and friends at home.

Guys, we need to be strong during this time. I've read that over 2000 people have committed suicide because of this and I'm sure the number is growing. Please be safe. Zayn wouldn't want to hear his fans harming themselves in any way. If any one needs to rant or talk or vent about it, please come talk to me or someone you trust. I promise you, we will make it through this. This isn't the end guys! We still have 4 other boys who need us and we have to be there for them!

I love you all so much! You all have changed my life and I wouldn't want any one of you to be hurting, so please if you need to talk about it, don't be afraid to shoot me a message :)
