Humiwalay ako sa yakap naming dalawa bago ko inilapit ang mukha ko sa kanya at matamis na hinalikan habang tumutlo parin mga luha ko. Wala akong ibang nararamdaman kundi saya. Ang saya na hindi ko naramdaman nang parati akong binibigyan ng regalo sa birthday ko, sa tuwing nagiging top 1 ako sa klase o kahit ano paman.

Ngayong natupad na ang pangarap ko, nilubos ko na ito. Ang katiting na kalayaan na binigay sa akin ng pagkakataon, ang kalayaan na alam kong may kapalit, ang kalayaan na may kalakip na consequences at ang sayang alam kong may kapalit na lungkot. Pero imbes na mag-overthink dahil paniguradong lahat ng iniisip ko magkatotoo, iniwan ko nalang lahat ng iniisip ko sa helmet na suot ko na nasa motor ni Greg.
I shut down all of my thoughts, anxieties, and paranoia and enjoy the pinch of freedom I have at this moment.
"Thank you so much, love" I murmured between our lips.
"Love?" he asked
"CS natin 'yon" I shyly smiled.
"CS?" he asked again in bewilderment.
"Ahh, CS means Call Sign. Iyon kasi ang naririning at nakikita ko sa mga palabas kapag may mga boyfriend sila" I explained to him nervously
"Ooh in movies huh?" he chuckled. "Okay let's call each other love. That would be our CS" he quoted the 'CS' then make a face that earns a soft laugh from me.
"Okay, love," I said happily.
I felt the giddy, smooshy, tickly feeling inside my tummy and my heart beats so fast that I couldn't have imagined. I put my hands on the back of his neck and stayed there as I am get closer to him. He also put his hand on each side of my waist as our eyes locked on each other.
God, I really love this man.
"Okay love, where do you want to go?" he asked me.
"I don't know. Maybe let's eat ice cream then stroll around the plaza. After that, we'll go to the movies and watch?" I said confused but at the same time excited.
"Wait you're not sure? Come on, I thought you longed to get here and you already know what you want to do" he said and makes fun of me who faced such a hard dilemma in my whole life.
"Paano ba naman kasi, hindi ko alam na pupunta tayo dito. Edi sana nadala ko ang bucket list ko para hindi ako ma mental block nang tanungin mo kung ano nag gusto kong gawin dito." I explained to him seriously.
Tama naman kasi kung sinabi niya na pupunta kami dito edi sana nakapag-ready ako o nadala ko man ang diary ko na kung saan naroon ang bucket list ko sa buhay.
Wait? No one knew this dream of mine and my bucket list. Even my own parents, don't know this kind of stuff.
"How did you know that I want to be here?" I asked him suspiciously.
"Ahm, you know when---" he stuttered.
"When?" I eyed him
"I just guess it? You know we have connections so yeah" he bit his lip and diverted his eyes from me.
"Okay" he's still suspicious but I wouldn't rain his parade.
"Let's do what you mentioned earlier. Let's eat ice cream and stroll then go to the movies and watch." he declared.
"Sir, yes sir" I giggled out of the excitement.
He held my hand and went to the man who's selling ice cream. He bought chocolate flavor for me and vanilla for him. I excitedly ate my ice cream like a madman and regretted my actions a little later when brain freeze hit me so bad.
