I don't usually go to these events but my best friend do, she doesn't want to go alone so she bring me with her occasionally. Today's another book fair event so I meet up again with my best friend on the location she sent me.
"Y/N! Over here." Tzuyu waved her hand at me as I entered the hall.
"Sorry, the traffic was hell." I scratched my nape.
"No problem, have you eaten yet?" She asked me and I shook my head.
"Good, I haven't too. Let's go there!" Tzuyu dragged my wrist to the restaurant, we ate first since the book fair is still an hour ahead.
"Elkie?" "Tzuyu"
They're both shocked and hugged each other excitedly. Meanwhile, I was just standing awkwardly in front of them.
"Oh god, what a coincidence. You know what? I just bought us a pair of mug!" Elkie brought the pair of mug out of the box she's holding.
"Woah, this is so cute." Tzuyu hugged the mug like a child lol.
"I know, let's take a pic." Damn, this is annoying. People in the restaurant are giving me a weird look.

"Are you guys done?" I mumbled.
"Y/N, she's going to the book fair too! Do you mind if she's going to come with us?" Tzuyu gave me a soft smile with a pleading eyes. Oh great, now i'm a chaperone.
"S-Sure." They squealed like dolphins and we ate together before going up.
After eating, we immediately went to the book fair's floor and bought some tickets. I'm in the line in front of them while they're talking. Am I spending the day like this? Argh.
We are next in line but I heard the girl right in front of us. She's a bit anxious, I noticed she's holding two tickets but she's with no one. I suppose her friend didn't come. Then, the guard stopped her from entering. They were starting to argue about the ticket.
"I'm with her." I stepped closer to the girl, she's shocked but she sticked with my plan.
"Y-Yeah, we're together. Can we go inside now?" She raised her eyebrow and the guard let us go inside.
"Y-Yah-" Tzuyu was about to tap me but she realized we'll get caught by the guard if she continued it. I immediately texted Tzuyu when we're on the way inside with the girl beside me.

I clicked my tongue when I received Tzuyu's reply. I immediately put down my phone when the girl stopped walking.

"T-Thank you. I think my friend was lost, you can go back to your friends now."
"No problem." I gave her a smileand didn't notice I did not move an inch away from her, I didn't want to leave her alone.
"Uh, i'll go ahead now." She gave me a small bow.
"W-Wait!" I stopped the girl and she turn back to me.
"May I know your name?"
"Oh, Myoui Mina."
"L/N, Y/N." We shook hands and I could tell she's not used to communicating.
"Are you going alone?" I bluntly asked her. Damn, she's a stranger but why do I care?
"Y-yeah."
"Do you mind if I..I-uh go with you?" Her eyes suddenly widened and I fidgeted my fingers from the back.
