you took a deep breath before knocking in the entrance door of her house, could feel the loud beat of your heart pounding from nervousness.

"Y/N! Glad you came, come on in!" Jihyo pulled you inside.

"So how are youuu? I've missed you, you know?" Jihyo hugged you and pouted.

"Just fine, i've missed you more Ji!" You hugged her tightly, taking this chance to hug her again. She brought her fiancé beside her and you lost your smile but you managed to fake it.

"Oh by the way, congrats! I'm excited for the both of you." You tried to fake a smile again like you're not so hurt from the reality and you did.

"Aw, thanks y/n! You'll come on the wedding day right?" Jihyo looked straight to your eyes, waiting for your answer.

You know couldn't attend the wedding because it hurts you from the sight you'll see, but what can you do?

"Y-Yeah.. of course! That's the best day of my best friend, right?" They all laughed and you tried to ride it.

"So, let's start it?" Jihyo's fiancé gave the beer to each one of you and accepted it but you can't drink since you'll need to drive yourself home alone or else you'll not made it home alive.

"Oh yeah!" Nayeon and Jihyo starts to chugged the beers until they get drunk.

Your beside Jihyo and the girls on your other side. As she was finishing bottles, you were worried.

"Yah, can you still count those bottles?" You asked drunk Jihyo.

"hmm?? whehsqjaja.." You couldn't understand what she's saying anymore. You're about to stop her and take care of her when her fiancé showed up.

"Babe, let's take you to your room now." He told Jihyo.

"Right, it's not my place to do this." You mumbled. You stood up and watched them thinking what to do next.

"Y/n~ take care of us please we're drunk too." Nayeon and Sana whined.

"You're grown ups." You chuckled and payed attention again to Jihyo and her fiancé.

"Unggg, laterrsjs!" Jihyo shouted and hee fiancé left for a moment. You took this chance to talk to her and confess what you feel for the past years.

"Ji." You called and tapped her shoulder. She said nothing but hummed in response.

"Hmm.." Jihyo groaned and stretched.

"You're really drunk." You chuckled.

"I'm not, i guess?" She drunkly chuckled.

"Yeah you really are, i need to tell this to you." You sat properly and took a deep breath.

"Yeah? You're engaged too!" She shouted.

"No no, hahaha. I've been carrying this for many years, i guess i should take this as an advantage." You told her, she didn't respond because of drunkenness. You held her hands and looked straight to her while saying these..

"I loved you. No, maybe.. I still love you. I know we're best friends, but that's what happened. Maybe you didn't know but i really loved you, the whole you. When i heard your engaged, i was sad to be honest. I'm sorry, i know i was selfish for that. I really want you to be happy, but maybe not because of me. But now, i'll move on from you after confessing this tonight. I'll be happy in the future too, don't worry Ji. I just really hope he'll take care of you, he'll love you like i love you. I love you, for the last time." You stood up.

"That was long, but can you repeat it? Sorry i think i drank 1 bottle." Jihyo laughed.

"You drank 4, you don't have to hear it anyways i just want to let it out. I'll go ahead now, Jihyo. Good night." You kissed her forehead and she smiled. You went home after a long night.

AFTER NEXT 2 WEEKS..

"Oh, Y/N! Nice to see you again." Jihyo hugged you and you hugged back.

"Nice to see you too as well Ji! What's the matter? You suddenly called me for a meet up." You asked Jihyo.

"Are you having a hard time picking your wedding dress? I could help you-" You were cut off.

"It's not about the wedding." Jihyo said.

"Eh? Then what is it about?" You asked her.

"About the celebration night." Jihyo seriously said. You suddenly remembered your confession for her when she was drunk.

"W-What?... you r-remember it?"

"Yes.. why tell it just now-" Jihyo furrowed her eyebrows.

"I'm s-sorry, i didn't have the courage to say it earlier. I was just ready when i heard you were engaged.. since i don't have choice." You looked down.

"Do you.. do you still love me?"

"I don't know, i'm now moving on since i confessed. " You told Jihyo.

"I'm very sorry Y/N." Jihyo hugged you.

"It's not your fault, i should've known my boundaries." You smiled.

"Will you still attend my wedding?" Jihyo nervously asked you.

"Of course Ji pabo! I'm happy for you, really. I don't love you anymore in your wedding day, you know?" You chuckled.

"You don't love me anymore?" Jihyo pouted.

"I mean, no feelings anymore-"

"I know, i'm just kidding pabo." Jihyo hits your head.
