Chapter 1

"Baby Ela, wake up." Mommy said early in the morning.

"Five minutes, Mommy," I said in a sleepy tone.

My eyes are still close and I buried my face in my pillow.

"Wake up, we're going somewhere today," I immediately got up of my bed.

"Really?" I asked in an excited tone.

I just love going out with my parents. It's like the most wonderful bonding I could ever have.

"Yes baby, that's why go to your bathroom and take a bath." She said so that I will do her command.

"Okay mommy," I answered and immediately go to my bathroom to take a bath.

I'm excited, because we are going somewhere. My parents don't allow me to go out of the house, so I am really excited, because we will go out today.

Nang matapos akong maligo lumabas na ako ng bathroom at nakahanda na ang susuotin ko sa kama. Nanay Mela is also there and she is fixing my room. Nanay Mela is my yaya and she is like a second mother to me.

When she saw me covered with a bath towel around my body and still wet, she stopped fixing my bed and looked at me.

"Halika na dito Ela bibihisan kita," she sat at the edge of my bed and gestured me to come to her.

"Okay po," I followed what she said. I stand in front of her and she started wiping me with my bath towel.

"Ang ganda talaga ng alaga ko," she tickled me so I started laughing.

"Nanay Mela, stop tickling me," I said while laughing.

"Oh ayan tapos na," sabi niya nang matapos akong bihisan.

"Nanay, can you braid my hair?" I turned around so that she can see my hair.

"Sige umupo ka do'n sa vanity mo," she pointed at my vanity so I went their to sit.

"Where's mommy, Nanay?" Tanong ko habang inaayos niya ang buhok ko.

"Nag-aayos na din hija."

"Where are we going?" I looked at her from the mirror while she's busy doing my hair.

"Hindi ko alam," Nanay Mela just shrugged.

"Are you coming with us?" I asked again.

"Naku, hindi hija family bonding niyo 'yon kaya dito na muna ako sa bahay at maglilinis pa ako." she continued fixing me at nang matapos ay pinababa na niya ako.

"Mommy, Daddy I'm ready." Sigaw ko habang pababa ng hagdan. Nasa living room silang dalawa, naka-ayos na at ako na lang ang inaantay.

"Our princess is so beautiful," Daddy said.

"Come here honey," I've went to Mommy and seated in her lap.

"Where are we going, Mom?" I looked at her face and gently touched it with my small hands.

"To your new friend," I immediately stood.

"Wow, Im excited." I started jumping ."Let's go, let's go," I pulled Mommy and Daddy so that we can now go.

"Bye Nanay Mela, see you later." I waved at her and gave her a flying kids before we could go out of our house.

"Is it far Daddy?" Tanong ko habang nagdadrive si Dad.

I just can't seat here waiting until we'll arrive there. I'm really really excited that's why I can't stop asking questions.

"Malapit na lang hija." Dad chuckled. Maybe he thinks I'm makulit 'cause I'm asking too much questions.
