I look down, scared of his reaction. He seemed a little shocked, but shrugged it off.
"Its okay. You did what you had to." he said, rubbing my sides.

I nod and sigh, relief taking over.

"I missed you." He said. "I know it was only like, 3 days. But it seemed like an eternity." He finished.

"I missed you too..." I say, looking at him. "You should get some rest." I say. He nods, and I stand up, holding on to his hand. I give a reassuring squeeze before letting go. I silently leave the room, not without turning and looking at him, flashing a smile.
