I woke up smiling, though part of me wondered if last night was a dream. It was foggy and dark outside of the small window in my room and I looked around to see if he was still there and saw him nowhere in my room. Then I remembered the Jacket.
I rushed to my closet and opened the door to search for the leather jacket and found it smelling his familiar scent that made me realize something.
ALICE!
Anger filled me.
She tricked me.
So I angrily called her, while holding the 'borrowed' jacket.
"Hello? Tiffany?" Her sing-song voice came through the phone.
"I know what you did!" I screeched through the phone.
"Did what?" she asked innocently, she knew what she did.
"The shirt!" I said angrily.
"Shirt?" She asked but then said "OHhhh the shirt."
"Yeah it was Jasper's, though you would like it. Do you?" She asked
"Yes, but that is beside the point! You stole his shirt and gave it to me to keep?!"
"If you don't want it, give it back." She says
"NO." I say quickly to which she laughs so I just hang up.
I then get dressed putting on a tan sweater, skinny jeans, duck boots and Jaspers jacket. I grabbed my bookbag and came down to the bathroom leaving my bookbag in the hall. I brush my teeth and hair. Throw on some mascara and go downstairs to See Bella eating a granola bar. I grab one as she drinks milk straight out of the carton.. Honestly I don't like milk so I didn't say a thing and got a cup of water and drank it and followed her outside.
It was unusually foggy outside, the air looked smokey with it. It was ice cold to the exposed skin, so I stuffed my hand into the pockets.
I noticed sooner than Bella that there was a silver car in the driveway and headed to it first to see that it was the familiar volvo.
Both Edward and Jasper appeared out of nowhere it seemed and opened doors for us. I scooted in the back and waited for him to follow in.
"I see you are wearing my Jacket he smirks at me."
To which I respond "Yes I am, what are you going to do about it?"
"Nothing, you look beautiful in it." He responds, making me blush.
We moved through the fog until we envetilly reached the school.
As we pulled into the parking lot, Bella asks "Where's the rest of your family?" I look up at Jasper as Edward responds.
"They took Rosalie's car."
He parked next to a glossy red convertible with the top up.
"Ostentatious, isn't it?"
I gaze at the car not attracted to the brightness of it.
I looked up to see everyone staring at us, so I looked for Alice and grabbed Jasper's hand and rushed over to Alice and Jack. Alice looks at our hands intertwined and smirks. I glared at her and the first words after the phone call was "I knew you were playing matchmaker."
She giggled and we all headed to history.
Jasper and I sit at the desks that are beside each other and settle As the teacher starts talking. Alice gives me certain looks that tell me that even though she can see the future and probably saw my conversation with Jasper last night, she wants to hear my side.
