I gaze my eyes through the window of the private jet studying clouds as each one passes by as we are on our way to Romania. They take forms of different shapes as I count each one in my head.
"Lippy, are you still not talking to me?"
I scowl and advert my eyes on Dominic, sitting across from me, with his sad wolf pup face. This was the tenth time trying to get my attention and feeling apologetic.
"Dom, I said don't even bother," Malik tells him as I scowl more towards him. "Taking her with us will only cause trouble."
"Want me to start off burning that face of yours?" I threaten, flashing my blue flames. "Because you are this close having this plane crash into the sea."
"Want to have a go?" Malik's tense up and clench his jaw.
"Easy, the both of you." Clayton tries to get between Malik and me.
Malik hates me. Being here makes him on edge, but he can't complain to his alpha because I could ride with them to Romania. So, he can't do anything to kick me off the plane. He can try, but that will make it easier for me to travel with my group than with them.
I scoff, turning my head back at the sky view. I don't want to deal with trouble. I'm so angry with Dominic. I don't even want to look at him. How could he?
What fuck is he thinking?
I jerk my head back at him, who suddenly perks with happiness, then peek my eyes at the person sitting next to him.
We are flying a private jet owned by the Eldings family instead of traveling with my magic, which can take us there within seconds because of that Oscar-winner-faking-illness-actress - Leah Larson.
Why in the hell did he bring her to Romania?
I know the answer because most of the members in the Blue Moon Pack acknowledged her as their future Luna. So, she's partially allowed to go. I don't know why Dominic didn't say anything, but the bitch stopped crying once he agreed. Then the bitch complained that she would get motion sickness if I used my teleportation magic.
I can still hear her whining, clawing through my ears like a fucking siren, and there is no way to shut the damn thing off.
And because she was coming with us, I decided to ignore him throughout the flight.
"Master, are you okay?"
I look down at Kaze in his puppy form as he rests on my lap. I pet the puppy size dire wolf for comfort. I tilted my head back on the headrest and closed my eyes.
"Lippy, are you going to do something about that?" Camila says through a mind link.
I open my right eye and look over at the lovey-dovey couple.
"Just don't mind her," I told her, shutting my eyes. "I don't want to meddle in my brother's affair. Plus, she's their future, Luna."
"You say brother, but the way you argued with him back at home tells me a whole different story." Camila was much irritated once Leah joined, leaned back in her chair, and tsk. "Plus, Alpha Dominic seems to be annoyed by her. If she keeps that up, he will probably send her back home."
I had brought Camila and Kaze with me and left the twins with Takkar taking care of the farm. The gentle ogre wanted to go but wouldn't fit a jet plane. It took time convincing because he felt left out the other day, the incident with Feno. I guess renovating the house would make it bigger for the guy. Maybe add an extra room.
After that day, with Kaze, we went to the wood elf's home. It was filled with miasma and tainted elves. I focus on the light magic like before and let out a ray throughout the village erasing the miasma for good. I'm still new to this new profound power, and I feel like I don't know how to control it properly. Feno and the other woodland elves thanked me and gave me gifts while they celebrated being saved.
