I unleashed my magic to make time stop. Dominic was frozen in place.

"How did you find out?" Tizz asked. It piques his curiosity. "I made sure to manipulate your memories to lower your guard."

"Let's just say you weren't clear on the memories if you and I shared the same brain." I snarl. "But since your not me, I figured out that you got everything wrong."

The clown demon arched a brow. "What do you mean? I know you and the powerful alpha of the Blue Moon Pack live together."

"That's where you are wrong."

I waved my magic as magical chains wrapped around Tizz. I sent a thousand bolts causing him to cry out in pain.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

The clown demon chuckled. "Well, to have fun," I sent another electric shock increasing the voltage and causing him to groan.

"How did you get through the barrier? A demon like you with a low rank can't possibly break a barrier cast by a demon lord." I pulled the chain bringing him closer as our faces were close. "So, tell me, runt. How?"

Tizz pulls on a wide grin as if not intimidated. "You are the spitting image of her."

I growl.

"I've seen your memories," he states. "She's here and rejuvenating after sacrificing herself twenty years ago."

I pushed him hard, but he was still chained. "So, your mission is to check on my mother?"

"Yes, it was easy to borrow the body of a gnome as I was able to enter the cave."

That's right.

Demons can borrow bodies and use them to hide their aura. That's why no one recognized a demon scent except I knew immediately."

"I'm surprised you were able to unravel in an instant. Truly the daughter of a celestial."

"If you are here to check whether my mother is alive, why not leave?" I asked.

"Walking and pulling pranks freely would be fun, but then I sensed your emotions earlier." He claims with a smirk. "I saw how anxious you were about your intimate with wolf boy. You were close to taming him in bed."

I pulled back my anger and told myself not to kill this demon before getting some answers.

"You see, my magic involves emotions." He continued. "I saw how much guilt and regret you did, so why not create a dark force of weakening you to destroy the wolf and yourself to get myself promoted to a higher rank for killing you and the wolf." He let out a devastating sigh. "But my plan failed. You were too strong and broke free of my spell."

I sensed checking on my mother wasn't his only reason to be here on Demir's order. "What's the ordeal of you here? You've seen my mother. Why not quietly leave unless you want to play more games and piss me off."

Tizz pants are still affected by the electrical shock. "I have a message for you from Lord Demir."

I stare at him.

"He wants his son."

"And if I refuse," I say.

"Then..." the demon grinned, sending chills up my spine. "Blood will flood this world."

I released another electric shock as Tizz screamed in agony and dropped to his knees. He pants hard.

"Wow!" He chuckles but hisses. "Same face as that woman, but your temper is Lord Ruvik's."

"I only used 45 percent of my powers. You are lucky I didn't use full magic on you, or you will die."

"Ah..." Tizz chuckles again. "You already manifested and became a full-fledged lord. Half demon, half angel. I've seen your memories."

I gripped the chain tight around my hand and tugged. "I will never give my son to you."

"Your son?" That's when Tizz barks a laugh at my claim. "Sounding like a true mother, even raising your enemy's child."

"No matter who's blood runs through that child's vein, Michael is family. That baby is innocent. I will never give him to your master," I illuminate my aura to him. "If that bastard takes my son from me, I will show him what real hell looks like."

"You may have defeated some of Demir's subordinates, but you will never be as powerful as him."

I know full well off, my position.

I know I wasn't ready to fight Demir alone after what happened last time. Even if I already manifest my powers of light and dark, I'm still in training.

"Once we get the child and restore Lord Demir's glory. He will one day take what belongs to him," Tizz starts to spit nonsense.

"Glory?" I scoff. "What a joke! After rebelling in the Demon World, nothing will return to him. He's just like his mother, ruining families, and for what? Power? Demir is nothing but a fake. After I learned what his mother did to my grandmother, I'll be the one to pierce his heart and crush it, not my father."

"You think you can do that?" Tizz asked as he won't stop smirking. "Lord Demir has thousands of powerful demons on his side. Even if you are royalty, Princess, you will be killed on the spot."

I flashed before his eyes and gripped his face under the palm of my hand. I punctured my nails through his skin and skull. Tizz cried out in pain, but he wasn't laughing this time.

"You've seen my memories. You know my emotions, but you don't understand the pain I've been through," I pierce deeper, making him suffer. "I died once and was brought back because the phoenix's blood runs through my veins. I vowed to change my fate. Promise not to get involved with my previous dilemmas, but it seems my past can't leave me, so I take extra precautions and face it."

I squeezed my fingers deeper into his head as I touched his pearl, where I instantly found using my clairvoyance magic and foresight. I grip the pearl as it sends a pulsing wave through his body.

"W-What are you doing?" Tizz's voice starts to get shaky and he begs. "P-Please don't touch that!"

I ignored his plead. "I may almost lose my life fighting with Demir, but now I know how to defeat him."

I may sound confident, but there is no plan to deal with him. I need to show Tizz I have a way to deal with Demir.

"P-Please, let that go!" He continues to beg. "I'll do anything. I-I can tell you where the ritual will be placed if the child returns."

"I don't care about that." I squeezed his pearl he groaned harshly.

"I can spy for you," he says, trying to get on my side. But he's a demon who works under Demir. I don't trust him. After all, he tried to make me kill Dominic. "I'll do anything for you, Princess."

Tizz pulls up a wry smile. A forceable smile that I didn't accept.

"You saw my memories and powers manifest, but I guess you forgot what I'm capable of."

I remind him I can take and give life as the first Demon King can do. If Tizz has seen my memories, then it will make it beneficial for me.

"Please, don't!"

"After I kill you, your slave contract with Demir will notify your death. It will be a message sent to him that he never takes my son and can fuck off!"

I can sense the fear in Tizz.

"Please! Please, I beg you. Don't kill me!"

"Tell your master I'll be coming for him soon," I ignored Tizz and cried out for his life. I squeezed tighter and crushed the pearl into dust as the same reaction caused the low-rank demon to disappear.
