"Can you locate them, Chief Hamrock?"

"Be patient, Princess. We fairies are connected to nature. It shouldn't take long," the long white beard mushroom fairy assured me.

I still need to get more comfortable with that title. I told them to call me by my name, but they said its rude. So, I let it slide since they are cute.

Earlier, when I asked him to open the barrier, he immediately complied and started to use his magic to connect outside the barrier with nature.

"Ah, it seems they aren't that far. The large wolf is on to your scent."

I gasped. "Must be Kaze. I can't believe that we are this close."

"The trees are telling me that a werewolf has anxiety." Hamrock describe. "He's going a rampaged."

"Oh, Nick."

I understand the feeling of being separated for days. Even though we have not sealed the mating bond, that anxiety is still in effect.

For days I felt that, and I had to fight the urge to go out because Dad forbade me. We were in the process of training me. After Demir defeated me, my ego slipped out, and I wished to be stronger.

"Not to worry, Princess. I'll have the portal open for them." Hamrock waves his hand, stabbing his cane to the ground and opening a blue portal. On the other side is the forest. "There are your friends."

I step closer and smile. "Nick!" It was the first name I called out.

A large black wolf froze as his ears perked, looking over his shoulder. His gold eyes gleam at me as he dashes toward the portal.

He ran at light speed and jumped, shifting into his human form.

Dominic stood in front of me, shirtless, panting as his intense sexy eyes were on me.

I pull on a smile and cup his face. "Hello, my love."

His eyes closed as he let out a low, calm growl before pulling me into an embrace.

"Never again, leave me," he whispers, holding me tight. "Never again."

I wrap my arm around his neck. "I promise. I missed you." Inhaling the woodies and mint scent.

Dominic and I held each other until I heard a child cry.

I peer over Dominic's shoulder and find that the rest of my friends pass safely through the portal.

"Master!"

"Lippy!"

Everyone ran to me, and it turned into a group hug. I couldn't breathe, but I was happy to see them again after being away from them.

"Master, what happened?" Saye asks with tears in his eyes.

"Yeah, Master. Where did you go? And what is this place?"

I pat Arlo's head. "I see you are better, Arlo."

He smiled. "It's all thanks to you, Master. You've saved me."

I rub his head.

"Lippy, stay?"

I looked up at the big guy and reached to pet his head. "Yes, I'm staying. I'm sorry for leaving like that."

Takkar grabbed everyone and started jumping for joy as he chanted. "Lippy, stay! Lippy, stay!"

"Takkar," Camila squeezed herself out of Takkar's arm. "Anyways, Lippy, where exactly are we? And how did you know where we are?"

"Yeah, Alpha over there was freaking out since you left in a hurry and never came back," Clayton complained but was nudged hard by Camila to shut up. "What? I'm telling the truth. He went nuts."
