40. Aunts in Town!

A couple days later
March 25
8:12 am

Eli was sitting on the couch watching Iron Man 3. He hasn't really been doing much of playing instruments like he thought he was going to do but he's not complaining about watching marvel movies. Plus today was his birthday and Robbie wasn't in the house since he woke up. Eli thought it was strange but he knew he would be back later, since he knows his mom probably told Robbie about his birthday. He knew that his Grandma and Uncle would probably show up later too considering the fact that he is now 12 years old today.

Eli smiled to himself before he remembered last years birthday, when he got thrown into the pool. He then did a little sigh and looked at his leg. "Well it's a good thing that I have the cast on now..if I didn't uncle Trent would probably just dumped a bucket of water on me since there's no pool" Eli said to himself before he snickered a bit. Once Eli got into a more comfortable position on the couch his phone started to ring. He let out a loud sigh and got up and grabbed his phone that was on the table. He smiled when he seen who it was, he then accepted the face time call and waited for the phone to connect.

"Hi momma!!" Eli said excitedly as he propped his phone up so he wouldn't hold it. "Hi baby! Happy birthday! I cant believe your 12 now! Im sorry i can't be there with you pumpkin." Lizzie said as she looked at her son on her screen. Eli smiled and just looked at his mother that was on his screen. "It's ok momma! Your filming. Your working so it's not a big deal." Eli said as he grabbed the remote and paused the movie that was playing. Lizzie sighed "well I'm not with you. But at least your not alone on your birthday. You have Robbie with you." Lizzie said with a smile. "Yeahhh.. uh. Robbie isn't here. He wasn't here when I woke up.. so I'm kinda just watching movies." Eli said as he looked away from his phone. "WHAT?!" "Mom! Don't worry! I know he will be back later! Plus I'm pretty sure grandma and uncle Trent are gonna come over.." Eli said as he started to pick at his nails and not look at the screen.

"Eli. Look at me." Lizzie said sternly. Eli looked at the screen "I'm sorry you woke up alone baby. Just know that I love you ok? And just to let you know I'll talk to Robbie later on. But I hope you have a good birthday ok?" Lizzie said as she smiled at him. "Ok momma..I will. Don't worry about me." Eli said as he seen lizzie now head out to the car. "Ok I'll call you later today. Goodbye pumpkin! I love you! Happy birthday again!" Lizzie said again. "I love you too momma!" Eli said before he hung up.

Eli smiled as he then just looked at his home Lock Screen. He did a little sigh before he then pressed play on the movie and got comfortable again. He didn't think he would end up asleep again but soon enough he fell asleep again.

9:47 am

Eli woke up to the sound of pots and pans being moved around. He did a little whine before he heard familiar voices. "Shhh! Your going to wake him up!!" Robbies voice said in a loud whisper. "I'm sorry! We're trying our best to be quiet ok?!" A female voice said quietly. "Yeah! Lizzie has so many pots and pans ok!? It's hard to keep quiet!" Another female voice butted in quietly. Eli slowly opened his eyes and looked down on him and noticed a blanket on him, he then noticed how he now had a comfy pillow behind his head. He sat up a bit and looked over at the kitchen and seen his Aunts and Robbie.

"Aunt MK! Aunt Ashley!!" Eli said excitedly. All the adults looked over at the young boy who was now awake. "Happy birthday Ro!" Ashley blurted out as she quickly ran over to him to hug him. "Happy birthday RoRo!" MK said from the kitchen as she was now starting to cook breakfast. Eli hugged Ashley tightly and smiled "I thought you guys weren't coming! You even said you guys where busy in New York!" Eli said. Ashley smiled at him and put her hands on each of Elis cheeks "well if we told you we where coming it wouldn't have been a surprise!" She said as she smiled at Eli. Eli smiled at his aunt before he hugged his aunt again hiding his face in her.
